Walmart Vision & Glasses

On Monday I ordered my glasses from the vision center the service was excellent. The girl I was working with was very helpful. I got my glasses in less then 5 days. I came to pick up my glasses Tiffany helped me and she was an awesome person to work with!! All the girls are very friendly and accommodating. Thank you

Tiffany and Amanda are top notch. I had more time with Tiffany as I was her customer. I was getting prescription safety glasses for my work. Tiffany did everything she could to get me everything I wanted and was in contact with my employer to make sure the whole transaction went flawlessly. I got two great pairs of glasses and Tiffany made the whole experience terrific from picking out frames in the beginning to making sure they were what I was expecting when I picked them up. Above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend.

The Omak Walmart Vision Center Staff is Outstanding. Tiffany was excellent. Her knowledge with regular glasses, bifocals, readers, and/or transition lens' was so appreciated. From picking out the right type of frames for my face type, to the best affordable lenses for me. She was very helpful with what my insurance would cover and what they wouldn't. All of this for a pair of glasses. Yes Ma'am, she said. WOW! Thoughtful and Caring all in one person. Then I had to get complicated. Yep, I ordered contacts as well. Her knowledge of those were just as impressive. I don't care where I am at, I will be coming back for years to come. Thank You Tiffany for everything. Your Amazing.

I love this vision center! All the employees go above and beyond to help with what I need. It's a very clean and organized environment and I always see them busy as well as staying cheerful at the same time. I leave happy and grateful to have such amazing customer service because that's hard to find these days. My appointments have been quick and easy. They are very knowledgeable about their services and products. What more can I say? Love this place!

Erin was very helpful with adjusting my glasses. They were bent out of shape because of a fall I took. She resolved the issue quickly and with a smile.

I have been getting glasses at the Vision center for years all past and current employees are/or have been pleasant, kind and courtious. they always explain everything and make getting a replacement easy. Most recently I was having troubles getting my contacts ordered through another site and the gals at the Vision center made it a breeze I had my contacts within a week. Thank you to the Walmart Vision Center gals.😊

I've gotten glasses from them for the past two years and they were wonderful. They went through and explained my lens options and what things would be better suited for my needs. My glasses have always fit wonderfully and they always adjust them whenever I need them. Tiffany and Juanita are great at what they do, go see them when you get a chance!

This place is Amazing. Very caring staff that are willing to help u with your needs glasses, contacts, repairs. My kids love it here and so do I.

They are super helpful and provide a 1 year warrantee for no additional cost even on my daughter's glasses!
