Motivate Personal Fitness Academy

Motivate is great! I have been doing personal training and classes for 6+ months. Dominic has helped me to improve my back pain and to find strength in my postpartum body. All the trainers have been excellent and classes are fun and challenging. Massages rock. Gym goers are cool. It’s all good 👍

Dominic and his staff at Motivate are the best! I really enjoyed being a member. They are knowledgeable about fitness, offer ways to work out safely and effectively for all fitness levels and bring the best energy. The classes always pumped me up 💪🏼 I'd still be attending if I lived in the area!

The best fitness/health decision I've ever made was joining Dominic's TRX class November 2017. It's awesome. The class is very convenient, intense, and quick. The biggest issue I had in going to a typical gym was wanting a quick workout but lacking the motivation (pun intended) to also make it intense. I get both at Motivate. I can't dilly-dally around with TRX and that's a good thing. The value I get for my money and my health far exceeds any other gym of which I've been a member. Additionally, Dominic, Andrea, Carli, and all the trainers are great motivators and are great people. They genuinely care about this community and their members.

If you're considering a new fitness regime or joining a gym, I implore you to consider Motivate, particularly the TRX class. I was the most out-of-shape I had ever been when I joined Motivate and was really happy with the results after week one. 2 years later, I'm down 60 pounds.

I've been working out with Dominic since last fall, and in October I began doing the 6-week TRX classes at Motivate. I'm currently in my fourth, 6-week class (M-W-F). I'm more fit (and weigh a little less) than I was six months ago, without a doubt. And this summer, when I turn 50, I'll be stronger than when I turned 49. Winning! I work out next to people half my age and we are both getting our butts kicked. Love the vibe, and I look forward to the whole experience, week after week.

I got stuck in a rut at the gym and wasn’t pushing myself. Motivate has help me take my work outs to the next level. I’m so happy to have Motivate here in Amador County!
