Exceptional service. Despite being a packed restaurant, our drinks were never empty, and our servers squeezed our order in before the very large group next to us.

Both red and green chile has been on the spicy side this season, so ask for it on the side if you’re unsure.

The shredded beef was seasoned perfectly. All 4 of us greatly enjoyed our entrees and even ordered extra sopapillas.

We Ordered: All entrees were served with rice and beans, and a side sopapilla.

1. Beef enchiladas, christmas, add on egg sunny side up
2. Beef Combination plate - taco, taquito, enchilada
3. Beef enchilada, green chile, add on egg sunny side up
4. Stuffed sopapilla with shredded beef, green chile

It's easy to see what l why this place has great reviews. The food is phenomenal! Ask for the green salsa. Omygosh, it's like a chili rellano in a bowl of heaven. Seriously good food!

I got the burrito plate. Food was fast and hot. They don’t have fountain drinks but real Coke out of the bottle tastes better anyway. Service was good and quick, like the food. Not expensive. Dinner even came with a sopapilla and honey. Definitely eating here again if I’m in town.

Great food that's well seasoned where you can still add a bit of salt or pepper if you'd like or have it as is. The portions are great and you can generally sit wherever there's a table. They offer horchata here too if you like that! Oh and they give you sopapillas and a little bottle of honey to enjoy them with. I've found their service to be attentive but not overbearing, and they're friendly even when they're probably exhausted with how busy they get. If I recall correctly, you can also request to-go boxes, AND, if you ask, they'll give you more sopapillas so that you may take them home.

We often come here when traveling across the state. Is it the best Mexican food? No. But it's really good and amazing for Deming.
I love their green Chile cheese enchiladas with grilled onions. Beans don't have lard.
Oh, and their chips have great taste and texture. Good tasting salsa for dipping.
My husband likes their Carne asada tacos.
The prices are awesome for the size plates.

Great place with chill vibe. Good hot salsa with nice amount of heat. We got the combination plate and it came with a lot of food for the price of $12 - tamales, enchiladas and taco. Amazing value for money. They gave chips and salsa as starters for free. They don’t serve Alcohol. Good place. Would recommend.

Wow, what a find! We were just looking for a quick place to eat on our way through, and the unassuming decor gave us no hint of what a fantastic meal we were about to eat. Lovely staff, fresh ingredients, and a green chili to die for. So happy! Keep up the great work!

Stopped off to stretch our legs and get a bite to eat. So glad we chose this place. Good service, clean place and most importantly good food.

We were lucky to have come across this restaurant on a recent trip. The servers were very friendly. We felt at home, like my mom was in the kitchen cooking, and all my tios and tias were over for a reunion. The chile was HOT, just like my Grandpa Baca used to love. We loved everything. So I’m coming from Texas and I like Tex Mex. I was excited to have some NM Mexican food. Dang! For sure among the very top Mexican food I’ve ever had! Service here is great and the restaurant is bright and clean.

Surprised over such good pricing. Excellent food! Excellent service! Delicious homemade salsa served with homemade chips immediately presented before we even ordered lunch! And complimentary Sopaipillas brought to us after lunch with honey! What a wonderful surprises!

To me, this is the real deal! The food is exceptional, the staff is helpful, polite, and doesn’t laugh at the gringo (me) asking questions about the food. It comes out quickly and it tastes wonderful! Even the chips and salsa are made here. Beware, the salsa has a little bite to it. This is my choice of restaurant in Deming. Most highly recommended.

This is a very good restaurant. Clean with great atmosphere. Staff was very polite. Food was amazing. We had the combination plates #1 and #2. The free sopapillas at the end were the touch! I recommend this place!

The ceramic tile here is amazingly beautiful! It gives the entire place a cool and comfortable place to be. This is True Southwestern Appeal.
The staff makes you feel right at home.

Amazing place!!! Food was delicious and customer service was exceptional!Definitely coming back. Cheese was amazing, the sauces, the meat, the tamal!! Yum!

The food is always authentic mexican fare, marvelous salsa perfect ingredients and the chips taste warm and homemade. The waitresses have a wonderful warm natural ease for taking orders and they get it right. The food comes out quickly nice and hot. A laid back friendly place to eat great food and the price is just fine.

One of the few good Mexican food restaurants in Deming. The stuffed sopapillas are always a winner! Before the meal they always bring out plenty of chips and salsa, then after warm sopapillas with honey. REALLY happy they brought back the honey bear! They went with honey packets for a while which was very disappointing.

I had the chicken flautas and they were really good. They arrived hot and so did the sopapilla. Service was great. I will definitely visit again when I am in the neighborhood.
