I have been an Allstate customer for over a year now, for my 2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with the high level of customer service and support I receive. Brenda Ventura had recently assisted me with updating the insurance policy expiration dates specified on my insurance id cards. Brenda had updated my account, and sent via email, digital insurance id cards, and she also sent me a hard copy set to my mailing address. Brenda Ventura is actually the insurance producer that initiated my policy back in June of 2016. She is the most nicest and friendliest insurance person I have ever dealt with. I had to buy insurance and they where very fast friendly efficient I never knew I could get that service with a well known company.
