Big Oak Mobile Home Park

My grandmother lives here, and it is perfect.
It's quiet, the staff are very nice, and the streets are perfect for scooter riding.

We love living in Big Oaks Park. Its quiet, clean, good neighbors, and safe.
Family owned business, friendly and helpful staff. Know mostly everyone living here are very nice, never a problem. Would recommend Park to friends, and family and how wonderful life is even without a pool !

My friend lives there and I've visited a few times it's definitely a very well kept clean tidy I think a well run place, it's very visually obvious. I think probably the only downside is that it does not have LP gas low pressure gas or natural gas so you got to go fill your propane tanks up manually but it has a great location it's near the highway and I think a pretty nice place.

Great place ! My husband and I stayed there for approximately a year . It was a wonderful clean park with wonderful owners as well as a wonderful manager by the name of Mike ! We also had such great neighbors! I would definitely recommend someone to stay there .

Clean quiet place. The only thing that is bad about the place is the giant cell tower that looks like a tree. It's messing with people's health and has killed people that live near it. That's what I believe anyway.

Nice clean Park good people dropped off a handicap scooter to a very deserving candidate

Nice small town park atmosphere. Easy does it in Oakley, CA at Big Oak.
