I’m writing this review under my daughter’s Google. I called Marvin to set up an appointment. My gas fireplace was not working. He responded promptly and set me up for an appointment within days. He arrived promptly, fixed the fireplace, cleaned everything & showed me things and features that I wasn’t aware of. He explained everything he was doing and explained what had happened with the unit. I couldn’t be happier with his service. I highly recommend Marvin.

Marvin helped me figure out how to start my electric fireplace. He walked us through troubleshooting, it was an easy fix but definitely not something we were able to fix without his guidance. He could have easily charged us for his knowledge but instead was kind enough to allow us to figure it out on our own. Super nice guy, very knowledgeable.

These guys are great. I’m surprised they don’t have more reviews. Marvin and his crew came at the indicated time and were so quick to fix my fireplace. The prior owners had trashed my fireplace and it stopped working. They put the deposit towards the repair and everything went smoothly. Also, they take Venmo!

I would like to share my experience working with Marvin the owner of FTS/Fireplace Tech Services, He came to check two fireplaces in my home in Brentwood one in the family room and one in the Atrium and he did a phenomenal job. He is a professional and a honest person that you can trust to do a good job. I recommend FTS to anyone who needs help with their Fireplace.

Absolutely fantastic job on my gas fireplace! It's never looked so good. Even replaced the switch. Works like new! Marvin is wonderful!
