Unfortunately she took my money but she never actually filed with the IRS we’ve been going back and forth for months and I’m trying to be patient and give her time to sort things out. She’s very hard to get a hold of and does not provide a legit professional service. She did not file an accurate EFIN number with the IRS and they rejected my return - she never responded to the several text I sent- I finally had to call the IRS and they were able to explain the situation. She was notified instantly that the tax return was rejected but never bothered to reach out to her customers. She’s still taking appointments from unsuspecting customers and taking their money. Be very careful do not expect a professional bookkeeper. Do not expect to get your money back or tax return in a timely manner.
