For a restaurant out in the desert far from major cities this place is one of the better places for some delicious pho or fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce.

I've been both ordering food and dining in at this place for years.
The food is fresh, amazing, and worth the price "though I miss the prices before inflation".
Everyone that works there is friendly and hospitable. I gave a 4 star service rating only because calling in an order can be hit or miss depending on the time of day.

My husband and I got take-out last night from this place for the first time and let me say it was very good. I stayed home with the baby but he said they had 2 size options. He went for large and was surprised it was quite a large portion! They really filled these up to, he got a seafood mix and I got pho, and they were filled so much so I had leftovers this morning! Will get food again from here. Thank you guys for the dinner last night!

The food was excellent! I got the chicken pad Thai noddles and they were delicious. I was served by the owners and sister Noi and Neat and they were so friendly and generous.

They even lend me their phone charger when my phone was about to die.

Bless their souls. Would recommend 10/10!

We called ahead to order so our food was ready just a few minutes after we arrived and it was delicious! They even reserved a table for us as they were getting busy. It was a good experience. This place will be one I will frequent when I’m in town.

Excellent food. The taste of the dishes were great. Unlike what the name suggests, the decoration was more based on Thailand and the Thai dishes were great. The Thai Iced tea and the fried rice dishes were especially good.

I'm not sure you'll find better Pho anywhere else! Excellent portions and fragrant herbs and spices make these dishes dance on the palate. If you're up to the different meats included, give the Combo Pho a try. This is a meal that sucks to the ribs, feels good after eating, and almost feels medicinal when you're under the weather. (The Pad Thai is good, too!). For something sweet, definitely try the Mango Sticky rice-- it's creamy, sweet, and delicious!

This place was a ton of fun. It's pretty small, and it was crowded which is a good sign. I was a little bit surprised because the name suggests it's vietnamese, but it seemed like 50% if not more of the menu was Thai. I got the drunken noodles lunch combo, and asked for it to be Thai spicy. The spice level was perfect, not unbearable but definitely up there. I could still feel it in my ears 20 minutes after finishing the food.

I enjoyed the salad, but I thought the egg roll was a little disappointing. The flavor of the roll was delicious, but the filling was dry and the chicken was overcooked. I also got the Thai tea which was absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend this place.

The wait staff here are so friendly and attentive and the food was great! I tried the jungle curry with chicken and the 2-piece fresh shrimp rolls. The curry is a different style than “traditional” Thai curry because it doesn’t have any coconut milk and the flavors were so rich and strong! It was a hearty serving with a bowl of aromatic rice. The shrimp rolls also had chicken in them, which I’m not used to so I thought they were good but a little different. Peanut sauce was delicious (who doesn’t like peanut sauce?) with a splash of sriracha on top. Fresh vegetables and decent flavor is a 5 star experience in Ridgecrest!

Waiter was very welcoming and the food reminded me of home. Pho was rich and well made. Their fried rice was very delicious too.

Was passing through Ridgecrest on a road trip and happened upon this spot. Couldn’t be happier that I did!! Everyone was kind and attentive and the food was soooo flavorful. I envy those who get to come here on the regular! If I pass through again, this will surely be a stop.

Seating is tight but we didn't mind because the food is DELICIOUS comes out hot and fresh again I say the food is DELICIOUS we were in town 4 1/2 days and ate there 3 times

The food was great just the spicy level of spice 1-10 10 is soooooo 🥵 spice I was crying but other than that it was soooo GOOD!!!

Excellent food and customer service. Highly recommend eating here or just order out since they are pretty busy.

Food was very good, fresh and perfectly cooked. They have a lot of options and great vegan selections. We had veggie and tofu drunken noodles and pho. Service was friendly and they helped us 15min before the closed. Highly recommend!

I want to say that I moved away 3 years ago and every single Pho place I’ve ever been to after does not compare to how good I felt Saigon Flavor was. I talk about this restaurant as the best Pho place I have ever been too. I used to get chicken Pho and egg rolls. I came in so much that the nice waiter didn’t even need to get me a menu he’d just get me my usual. Phenomenal restaurant, glad y’all made it through Covid and I hope that maybe one day if I pass by Ridgecrest or am in the local area I can come in and get my usual. Thank y’all for all the good times I’ve had at the restaurant with friends.

The food was delicious. Freshly cooked. Service was very friendly and caring.

The food is amazing. The chef/owner has been operating this place for nine years. I enjoyed the Vietnamese fried rice with tofu and veggies as well as my grilled shrimp vermicelli noodles. Very light and delightful. The fried rice had the right amount of fried garlic and the flavors were spot on. I think the chef is Vietnamese too.
