Amazing vegetarian tacos on way to Mammoth Lake. Definitely try potato tacos and bean enchiladas. Very flavorful enchilada sauce. Friendly owner and they made adjustments based on our dietary needs. Vegetarian and vegan friendly.

We came directly from 12 miles of trekking and were so famished! O they delivered and more! My friend was about to pass out in line from exhaustion and she was given a free taco! Tacobirrias: amazing!! Warm Horchata…on the house! Feels like you’re eating at a family cookout! Will come back anytime I’m trekking through Death Valley! 🌵🏜😊

Agree with the previous reviews—Fantastic spot on 395 outside town that my husband and I went back to twice because it was damn good! Best tacos in the Eastern Sierras—and we sampled a few! We got the Al pastor, birria, carnitas, and fish tacos. Our favorite was the al pastor. Incredible flavor, juicy and authentic. Served with lime, carmelized onions and marinated jalapeños. Super friendly couple that own it—highly recommend!

Reasonable prices and a truly great family owns and operates it. Everyone in Bishop loves all of them. Owner Jorge Santana literally saved my life when I had a stroke in front of his food truck. Wow!

If you want to hang out and eat at the real social center of Bishop, and meet all the locals in town, this is the place!

Amazing place for authentic Mexican food. The chef is caring and passionate about hospitality and cooking. He showed what good for taste like. I don’t know but after having vegetarian tacos I almost cried because they were so so delicious. I am sure if you stop by for dinner or lunch or just for a taco - it’s so worth it! Home made flan is another level. So go and try this food truck - he won’t let you go home disappointed or hungry. It’s a gem in bishop.

I chatted with one of the owners, Brenda, and I learned that her dad has been running this business for 30 years and now it’s become a whole family business with her, her younger brother and her dad operating the truck seven days a week, 12 PM to 10 PM daily! That is dedication and a true service to Bishop to be able to serve delicious Mexican food every day of the week and open late. I tried the grilled fish tacos and they are the healthiest, most delicious fish tacos I have ever had! Usually fish tacos are the deep-fried ones covered in a mayo-based sauce but those are not very healthy. This one is perfectly grilled and excellent with a squeeze of lime and their homemade salsa verde. We also got the carne asada tacos anid those were great as well! Beautiful food served by people with beautiful hearts!

Can’t say enough good things about this place! The food is fresh and delicious, and Santana the owner is an absolute sweetheart. He always throws in freebies, offering guests taste of his delicacies, and always has a twinkle in his eye. I love supporting Tacos Mi Guadalajara.

The food is fantastic! First, I want to say that the chef is the most amazing and kind person, he makes with food with a good heart. Before even ordering, he greeted us with a hot horchata which was amazing. They are vegan and vegetarian friendly so pretty much everything on the menu can be customized for vegans or vegetarians. The enchiladas were delicious and my wife loved her veggie tacos, the green and red spicy sauces were extremely flavorful. The chef kept asking us if we were doing okay and how the food was, also at the end when we were about to leave, he gave us a piece of flan to try and my wife loved it. We got a slice of it, this is the first time I’ve tried a Mexican desert and was blown away. We then took a slice of flan with us and it was beyond delicious. We are visiting from San Jose and had an amazing experience, must try place!

Honestly the best food you can get in the area. We live in mammoth and we drive down at least once a week to come eat here and it's always a golden 10. Can't give this place enough stars honestly we love all their tacos so much even our doggie eats them. Also the flan is absolutly amazing.

10/10 would recommend, stopped here the first night we got into town, sweetest couple ever! they gave us warm horchata before we even ordered - ended up trying their new menu items (crunchwraps) and they were delicious. very vegetarian friendly, they even gave us a flan on the house!

Best food truck in town, highly recommend stopping here for a flavorful lunch/dinner. There is outdoor seating available, the staff is very friendly, and their enchiladas are the best I've had! Can't wait to stop by next again next time I'm in town 😋

Such good burritos! The owner came over right away with some hot horchata and whipped up our food so quickly, then gave us some flan on the house! What a nice and amazing guy. After a long day of skiing this was the place to go!

Best tacos in Bishop! Great flavor, prices, portion sizes and service. This is the place you want to stop on your way up to Mammoth or after a day in the mountains, great opening hours to scratch the taco itch when you need it. Family run truck with homestyle service. Stopped by to grab some food before a drive up to Mammoth. Truly incredilbe food and the nicest employees! Will certainly be stopping back on the return trip. Don’t miss the quesabirria combo and all the tacos were incredible! I’ll be thinking about this place for awhile!

Absolutely amazing food and very friendly owner! This is definitely going to be our new go-to when heading back from Mammoth for cheap delicious eats. Make sure to try the salsa!

The couple that's run it are the sweetest people you could ever meet.The food was so good. I had the sopas al pastor and my daughter had the asada tacos.
