Regarding dentistry...

I would have to say this has been one of my very best experiences. Not only was EVERYONE (from the front office to the hygienists, to assistants, to Dr. Chase) extremely professional, but kind and compassionate as well. A three-hour procedure can be quite grueling, but everyone at Chase Family Dentistry went above and beyond making my time there as comfortable and welcoming as possible.

In addition, practical advice for aftercare and a follow-up call to check up on my condition, was very much appreciated.

BTW, all your advice for follow-up was heeded and nothing was a surprise when and if it happened. You left me with solutions to everything, from rest to ascorbic acid.

Staff is always courteous, friendly, and Dr. Chase is fantastic! Most of my life I have thought of going to the dentist as a type of torture. Not any more! Virtually painless, not even uncomfortable! Didn't even feel the shots to numb the pain.

Office friendly and welcoming atmosphere, dental hygienist excellent cleaning job and I'm very comfortable with her, the dentist does a through examination and listens for any problems I may have, referrals are immediately scheduled. Even though I have moved from the area, I don't mind traveling a distance to continue doing business with Chase Family Dentistry.

Dr. Chase and her team did a tooth crown for me. They were knowledgeable and caring in every part of the process, and their equipment was state of the art. Methods for minimizing discomfort and pain have sure come a long way from what I experienced in the dentist's chair when I was younger!

Virtually painless dentistry. When I went in for a couple of fillings, I did not even feel a pinch when Dr. Chase was administering local anesthetic. The next day I could not even tell that I had been to the dentist the day before.

First time visit, I called for a broken tooth they had an opening the same day...after my first exam, for the broken tooth, I made an appointment for repair and cleaning, due to the professional quality Dr. Chase and staff displayed.

Was in and out within a half hour of a wisdom tooth extraction. Very professional and caring staff. I highly recommend this place!
