Stayed here for the first time and was welcomed by the property manager Rose. The hospitality was great and she even made us breakfast the next morning! The rooms are gated so you’ll feel safe. Thank you Rose & Corcoran Country Inn. This stay will not be our last :)

Love this place. Staff is friendly & welcoming. They even make you breakfast if you like in the morning. Rooms are newly remodeled & always clean. Never had any issues when staying here. And the prices are very reasonable. Location is perfect for me when visiting Corcoran. There's different food options nearby. The rooms also have mini fridges and microwaves. And it's quiet. Definitely my first choice when staying out that way.

Has the best stay ever! Excellent and very clean place. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Also, love the fact that it has a security gate entering the property that only guests can access. Loved the swimming pool!

The room was very clean, Rose was very helpful, and fast response for any serices.

Besides the very strict no smoking no pet policy, this place is ideal. The property is gated so no one not staying there can't go in there. When you're a young woman traveling alone it was nice to have some added security. Breakfast is free, they had bagels, cereal, coffee, and some sweet breads. When I got there it was late and I didn't know about the $100 deposit and they were flexible with me. They checked my room and gave me back the deposit no problem 😊 If you're traveling or visiting, I would definitely recommend 👌

Very, very clean and upgraded rooms. Overall one of the best roadside motels anywhere. The owners are very good people and are constantly upgrading the property. One can easily see they work very hard to make this a nice, comfortable well-maintained place. It was always quiet and felt safe, and the owners never stopped cleaning and painting and making improvements. You could feel good about bringing a family here. The environment they create is worry free from the minute you see how clean the lot and sidewalks are, to walking in to your room and see how spotless and well-equipped it is. I stayed there for about 10 days and really have only good things to say. Highly recommended.

Every time I've stayed here it's been very clean. This is the best hotel in town. I've stayed at the majority of the hotels and this one is my favorite. Im a cleaner myself ans they work really hard to keep it so nice. The ladies are very sweet and nice. This is definitely my go-to, no complaints

This place is amazing, I have been coming here for years. It was recently remodeled, it has a security gate and safe place to stay if you are coming to visit. They are now serving breakfast. This place is GREAT!!! Rose is a sweetheart!

Room was very clean. restroom was also very clean. mini-fridge and microwave are included. Parking was very well lit. Mexican restaurant is right next door. Taco bell is a few feet away. Surrounding was quiet. Will definitely book here again.

I have stayed here at least two times/year the past several years, and I always relax when I arrive because I know I will have a clean, comfortable room with a TV, microwave and mini-fridge. But, more importantly, Rose and her family are so sweet and accommodating. And she is there in the morning with a nice breakfast if you want it.

Owners are very kind. Rooms are big and comfortable. New AC/Heating Units in rooms as well. Mini-fridge and microwave in the rooms, as well as wifi. Pretty clean, pretty quiet. I stay here on a regular. Best hotel in Corcoran in my opinion.

Best hotel in town rooms were recently remodeled. Staff is always kind and courteous my stay there every weekend is always a pleasure The Price is Right. I wouldn't stay any other place close to everything walking distance.

It was excellent ! Our room was very clean, service was very good. And breakfast was great ! It was very easy to make reservations , no hassles. Hotel was near convenient stores and fast food locations. My family and I had a very welcoming experience . We definitely will be using their services again . After posting my initial review I stayed a second time and the odd odor from the A/C no longer existed. They are exceptionally nice and clean. In fact these happen to be the cleanest rooms I have been in. The staff is amazing and nice and very accomadating. I love staying here.

Coming in town at 12AM needing a place to stay for me and my kids & they were closed ... I looked them up and was expecting no answer.. a lady answered of which I am sure she was asleep and explained I desperately needed a room & I was outside. She said come to the window and I will help you, after I did she quickly got me checked in and a room in minutes. Very pleased with the hospitality & the room was clean. I would gladly stay again when in town .
