So gamestop has become fun to go to now. At least the one in East Wenatchee. Tons of cool swag and the staff is friendly and helpful. The prices of the games are on par with other stores and online. Can't speak on trade in as I don't get rid of my games because I love to go back and play old games. But give them a shot and keep this old gem alive.

Always a pleasant experience shopping here. The employees are always knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. Would always recommend coming here to purchase anything video game related.

Best place to get all their games

The manager of this particular store is outstanding. Both times I have come in he has been assisting another customers but still ensured that he answered any question we had while still carrying on a Respectful conversation with the previous customer. Not only that but he was also extremely knowledgeable about his products and even convinced us to pre-order a copy of Mystery Dungeon coming out soon as well as purchase the warranty on our controller. Top notch professionalism and customer assistance at this location for sure. I 100% will be coming back

I'm always so impressed with how helpful the staff are. It's amazing how a customer can see that the employees are passionate about their jobs, and it shows here. Not only are you purchasing a game, but you're getting helpful back-story info about the game if you haven't played past games leading up to the one being purchased. Buying in-store is a unique and fun experience.

Just texted a friend in the parking lot

I just wanted to rave about my awesome experience tonight at GameStop! My 6 yr old lost his Pokémon stuffy and the wonderful cashier named Carly went above and beyond to meet my needs. She helped me find the exact Pokémon stuffy and threw in tons of extra surprises to cheer my little one up. I would absolutely recommend 100%!!

Mario is absolutely outstanding at running his store. Every time I come by the store looks clean and updated. Not to mention I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to video games and I always feel as if Mario goes above and beyond to make sure that I understand the game I'm getting and feel good about it moving foward. Probably the best customer service I have ever received at a walk in store like this.

This is our go-to place to buy video games. The folks that work there are that perfect storm of friendly, knowledgeable and laid back where you feel like if you have a question or want to chat about games that they can give awesome advice, but without the hard sell you get at some places.

The shop is small, but it uses the space well and it's very attractive with a few carefully chosen bits of geek merchandise and apparel around the center of the shop with the library of games around the outside. They have a ton of used games too, and systems and controllers too. And then they have the big bargain bin in the front--where you can find games you've heard of for crazy prices. $5 down to as low as $2. They also have their TV going in the back pretty much all the time with a show that features previews, reviews and news about video games. It's genuinely good and as often as not I find myself just standing in the back just watching TV.

The workers are super friendly and i just feel welcomed every time i go just amazing customer help when you need it and the game selection is huge that is why im rating 5 stars the place is amazing overall.

People where very polite and helped my ten year old son find exactly what he wanted so that is a bonus bonus for me definitely will be going back
