Asian Variety Store

Love this place! Friendly helpful service. Has all the basic stuff for Asian ingredients packed into three aisles. You're definitely not going to find everything like in a big supermarket. But it does help with all the essentials and not having to drive all the way to Fresno! It is primarily Filipino ingredients, so as a Cambodian/Vietnamese I'm not going to find everything understandably so. But it's great for what it is!

Great place to go if you just wanted to stay local. It has a lot of options for a small local store. It's definitely the place to go to get some Asian veggies and food. Unless you wanted to travel to Fresno.

This is the closest filipino asian market out there if you in town. I found my lumpia wrapper, kaong, frozen boneless bangus, and other stuff.

Best oysters in town I highly recommend them!!! Great customer service as well.

If i need something niche I’ll go to Fresno, if i need something for everyday use like ube, oyster sauces or mirin, I’ll go here. This place is not somewhere you go if you want to get all the ingredients for a specific dish, you go here if you’re missing kimchi for breakfast, or if you need some seaweed for a quick miso. Yes, there are boxes on the floor and the isles are tight, but I’ve always been able to get the stuff I need, when I need it. Again, if you want to get a specific product, live fish or a nice bottle of soju, don’t go here, but if you need dashi powder for your soup, this place is perfect. Plus, the staff is always knowledgeable and friendly.

Updated 2023, still providing a friendly atmosphere and large selection of Filipino foods!! Always nice to shop in a store where they know everyones name!! It's a fairly small market. Thus, it carries decent amount of Asian ingredients. It doesn't have everything like the markets in Fresno...but still helpful when you don't want to make a long drive.

Awesome place! Owners are super friendly and accommodating. If they don't have something you want, you can ask for it and they will get it for you.
They have a good selection of fresh seafood and veggies, stuff you can't get at most other local grocery stores.
My girlfriend and I are in there just about every weekend getting delicious goodies.
Go check them out! They deserve your business, and will work hard to keep it once you become a customer.

I love shopping here as they have almost everything I need to cook my cultural cuisines as well as try new cultures

This is my store in town for most of Filipino products. Since the new management took over about two years ago, it has never been the same - so much cleaner and much more stocked. The staff are genuinely nice, helpful and friendly.

Very helpful with quality products at a reasonable price I'll be going back I'm learning to make sushi. They had everything I needed.

Nice lil asian market, they carry almost everything we need. Fish are always fresh specially on market days.

I love the awesome variety of fresh vegetables and fruits, a wide array of frozen products and fresh fish, and of course Goldie Locks bakery goods.
