My trailer was fully loaded and I needed a heavy duty jack to change the flat tire. O’Reillys had several different sizes and heights available. Since I was away from home they really saved me.

I walked in with a dead battery at 940pm, only 20 minutes until closing. The wonderful staff tried to charge the battery until 10pm, but she was a goner. After closing time, they replaced the battery under warranty and I walked out with the ability to get to work the next day. Thank you for staying after hours just for me! I’m a customer for life!

The staff is the best in town. They are knowledgeable and genuinely want to help. The store is well stocked with everything you need for your garage. On hand replacement parts are a plenty and if it's not in stock they have managed to have it there later the same day multiple times for me. There's lots of options in town when it comes to your auto parts needs. The prices, selection and service at O'Reilly place them well above all others. If ever you've left an auto parts store frustrated, im willing to bet you weren't at O'Reilly's in Hanford.

Customer service is excellent. Shout out to Nate, who was knowledgeable, professional and willing to go the extra mile to keep me on the road. Parts selection always seems to be in stock or able to be same day shipped (only takes a few hours rather than days). Definitely my parts store of choice for the foreseeable future.

Excellent customer service, a young man by the name of Ryan came out and helped me install my windshield wipers because, honestly, I have no idea how to do that, he even showed me how so in the future I can do it myself. One of the wipers turned out to be the wrong size because, well, computer sometimes get stuff wrong oh, but he just went right inside and got another one for me no problem. Very pleased with my experience

Went in for an alternator check to get a second opinion. Joe was very helpful and explained what everything meant on the screen. Made me understand what was going on with my alternator. Absolutely one honest employee.

Super helpful place, to be 💯 an employee there named Nate really went the extra mile for us by installing a part and he even recommended a mechanic spot that didn't rip us off and he saved us literally $100's of dollars. Thank you to him and O'Reilly's.

Great auto parts store. The lady was knowledgeable, polite, and they had the filter I needed (well stocked store).

I just left Americas Tires in Hanford to get my tires rotated and they notified me that I was dry on oil. I was getting an oil change shortly after but needed at least a few quarts to get me all the way to Visalia to a decent mechanic. Jeremiah was extremely helpful and was concerned about me possibly blowing my engine. He gave me recommendations and was super professional. Great customer service!

I rarely handout 5 stars but I needed a part or Riley's didn't have it in stock they ordered it and it came to the store within two and a half hours. Everywhere else said it would be at least a 1 to 3 days. Bravo O'Reilly's Bravo 👊
