Absolutely 💯 % the best bicycle shop my friend and I have ever been to. The staff is friendly, very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and amazing customer service.

The service department took care of my rear sprocket extremely fast (under 10 min).

Very established shop. Good service. They re-upped the sealant for my mountain bike tubeless set-up. Reasonable service fee (especially for the convenience of just getting it done and not having to mess with it). Quick turn around time. Most bike shops are not open the whole day on a Saturday. I believe it’s rare to get in and out with the job done on a spring weekend. Thank you TJ Frisbee! :-) they have a variety of bikes, gear, and tools available for purchase. There’s a coffee shop across the street and beer tasting room a block away so it’s winning even more.

Very good place to buy a bike and get a preexisting bike fixed up. Prices are acceptable and the service is great.

Bought my first bike from Mr. Frisbee when I was around 8 yrs old. Just bought another one from him & I am now 54 yrs old. After all these years I never knew the TJ stood for Thomas James. I’m Thomas James also. Mr. Frisbee is one of the nicest people I’ve met in my life. He’s knows everything when it comes to bicycles. Moving back to this small town I knew I needed a bike. Knew where I’d get it too. Thank you Mr. Frisbee for the great bike & for the helmet too. Being as big as I am (6’9”) I really didn’t think you’d have my size. My mom is happy they did.

These folks rock! Nothing but good comes outta this place! Everyone I've had dealing with have been super helpful and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to bicycles and what it's gonna take to get you back on yours or on one for the first time in many years. They've got a store full of bikes and gear to choose from, and best of all, they're just waiting for you and yours to come through that front door. You won't be sorry you did.

I visited this store a few times (3 or 4) while passing through and living in the Ridgecrest area-- I was surprised such a small town has such a great and well-stocked bike shop. The employees were all very friendly and helpful with my various questions and bike needs. When I sold a bicycle online I really appreciated that this shop was available to box it up quickly.

You walk in and the guy could be working in the back but he’ll be right there to help you with anything. Every time I go they always answer any questions I could have. This place is just great. Like the chik fil a of bike shops

Had a problem while touring. Loose headset on my old rockhopper would not stay tight. Tom ordered and got the parts, and replaced my headset. All in 2 days!
He proved to be very knowledgeable and willing to share what he knows. I learned a lot!
It's rare to find someone as committed to customer service as Tom. I could go on and on, but let's just say that this is a great shop with really good inventory of parts and accessories and it's run by a guy who cares about cyclists. Whether you're local or on the road, stop in and you'll see what I mean. Thanks Tom for everything.

We have been doing business here for years. Cant say enough about how great we have been treated. Tom and his staff know how to take care of the customer. More businesses should follow his model and they would retain more local business!

They do repairs and fine tuning adjustments on bikes they don't sell. They really helped me when I took my broken bike to them. They didn't charge much for the work, either. Super friendly.

Well-stocked with all types of bikes, and store employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Rather than simply making a quick sale, they will offer helpful tips to get the most out of my existing gear, and even threw in a few freebies (chain oil, patch kits, and a water bottle) when I bought a mountain bike from them.

Support local businesses, buy a bike from Frisbee and they'll take care of you. I will keep going back for bike parts and tune-ups.

Friendliest people ever! I came in asking for a check-up on my bike, and they took the time to teach me about my bike while they were adjusting it

I just returned from here with a slow leak that was repaired with a new tube and found that I had a broken spoke and needing a rim protector and all done at once professionally and within 15 minutes....back on my bike...:) these guys are THE BEST...thank you...:)

Great customer service, found my girlfriend a bike even during these hard times, guy immediately knew what to do in order for the bike to fit her, changed the saddle, made some adjustments. Girlfriend is happy, thats all that matters

Went there to get my 7 year old girl's rear tire changed, was reasonably affordable but then I seen a bike that I wanted and then I also had my son with me andt seen a bike that he wanted we scored in a great price with the owner and we purchased now we have a great Christmas!
