Absolutely amazing meat! We bought a 1/2 cow from them and it’s pure quality and a great price! The staff are so helpful, you just don’t get service like this anymore! Awesome meat! Very kind patient people who run this place.

I just had a beef done.They cut it and wrapped it And it’s beautiful done. They are very nice and helpful too love the shop very nice even got my dogs some Chew bones had a better price than in town. Dogs were happy.five on the scale as far as I’m concerned thanks guys.

You must get their 20 dollar beef jerky. And smoked chicken. The jerkey is so soft and smoked just right. Not overpowering or dry. I shredded the chicked over some salad like the lady suggested. Pictures dont do justice

We had the best Ribeyes we've ever had out here. Also, the best beef jerky.

Looking forward to trying the bacon and marinated chicken thighs.

Bacon and marinated chicken are great. Cheeses are wonderful.

11/25/2022 - Just picked up a prime rib for Christmas. They just happened to have one. Call them by December 10 to reserve one for Christmas!

Excellent local butcher with great selection of the best meat in the upper Okanagan valley.

My aunt and I had a wonderful experience coming in here for the first time. Very friendly and great quality product. Best butcher in Okanogan County.

Ray & company do a fantastic job at their craft. Best bacon in the state of Washington, especially the KC style. Grandpa's sausage is incredible. And also just a really nice group of people. Spend your protein dollars there any time you have the chance.

Best spot around for the smoked meats for sure. Smoked Rib Eye is fire 🔥 🔥 🔥 .

We had them cut up 3 pigs for our family. They did such a nice job! Very professional to work with and always friendly and helpful! We will definitely use them every year and recommend them to everyone!!

Got a quarter beef, jerky, grandpa's sausage and bacon. My family love's the flavor and can't get enough of their products. So nice to have the convenience of picking up steaks, hamburger, pork chops ect. Love the atmosphere!!!

We were visiting our son and he suggested that we check out your shop. We were very impressed. Especially with the jalapeno summer sausage. We will stop again or have our son pick up for us. We stopped and bought two big ribeye steaks; froze one and split the other between the two of us. We used Montreal Steak Seasoning and grilled to medium “ish” (I was aiming for medium rare, but left in on the heat a minute or two too long). The steak was rich and very tender... we’ll be back!!!

Great quality meat both years I’ve ordered, great people extremely friendly. I highly recommend purchasing your meat from them. See you again next year
