Cornerstone Bible Church

Cornerstone is in the reformed Baptist tradition of thought. They place more emphasis on the primacy of Christ's atoning sacrifice and on consistent theology than in works done by people. Most people here are Biblical literalists and believe that the scripture itself is more important than what the pastor says about it. They attempt to let the words of the passage speak for itself.

At the time of writing, I serve on the worship team, and this has revealed that, like many churches, there are issues of contention among members of the body. This church seems generally able to negotiate those issues with Grace though. Love covers a multitude of sins after all.

People of many different backgrounds and denominations attend here because the preaching is well done on the whole. It's a church focussed on learning and growing knowledge of the Bible. It has many different Bible Studies and opportunities to serve.

Ultimately, choosing a church is meant to be a commitment to those people's betterment. Here, the congregation wants the best for you.
