Owner and family are great people. Always friendly and helpful. Nice little facility.

Very happy to find a laundrymat that actually has quarters available for their customers. Thanks a lot! The owner was in twice on a 105* Monday afternoon making sure the change machine was full of quarters for his customers. The facilities themselves are pretty clean and the machines work. Can’t ask for more than that. We visited this place twice while on a 8 person, 10 night stay at Conconully State Park. The road into Conconully “Conconully Road” literally turns into Pine Street in Okanogan.

FYI the sign says “Highlander Center” at the corner of Pine St. & 1st. Ave.

I love this place! It's super clean, all the machines work, it's cheaper than any laundromat around, and the owner is super friendly and responsive. Too marks all around!

Nice clean place. The owner was there closing up when I got in and let me start a load a bit past time and gave me some liquid detergent.

Nice location, Clean, Active owner in and out frequently checking cleanliness of the business and the change machine operation. Also had time to stop and chat for a few min. Thanks for the good experience!!

Cheaper then anywhere else but need to do some maintenance on machines second time in a row dryers have not been heating up to dry on different machines

Disgusting. Every machine was filthy. Several days/weeks of grime on every surface. Just watched someone walk in, and go back to their car to get disinfecting wipes

In response to the owner: Having to call a phone number when the whole place is neglected is not a real solution. But if you're reading this check out driers 10 & 11 they turn on but are both producing an error code. The driers also have burnt black crud accumulating in the seams between the baffles and the drum. There's no way that happened in just a week. Also, cleaning once a week is not acceptable, if you can't get someone in there daily to at least sweep, vacuum, PULL THE DRYER LINT and wipe things down you should not be in business. No wonder your driers left my clothes damp after over an hour.

It took three and a half hours and multiple dryers, (only one, out of the five I tried worked) to do two loads of laundry. Not happy at all.
