Quality Inn & Suites Okanogan - Omak

Amazing rooms and services. Great coffee and nice people. Very maintained property. Cute bird houses all over in the trees. The pool was clean and we barbecued on picnic tables. Will stay here every year we come up here.

My room was very clean and the service was fantastic. The lady at the front desk really went out of her way to make my stay as nice as possible. I would definitely come back.

We came in early and they got a room ready for us. We'd been on the road for 3 days and we're exhausted. Great staff. Pet friendly they welcomed our cat Grizzly!

Ed and Rachel have been amazing during my stay here. They really care about their jobs and making everyone feel safe and comfortable is their top priorities. Great little breakfast in the morning. Beds are super comfy and they always have hot water. Will definitely come back again to stay.

Stayed here a month or so ago and it was GREAT! Breakfast was open, pool was open. Everything was spotlessly clean. Met the owners who live onsite and oversee all operation directly themselves. The building had tons of recent maintenance and painting during the shutdown. Even the pool was freshly painted deck and interior. I wont even consider staying anywhere else next time I am in the area. Well done!

I booked the room online. Check-in process was quick and easy. Online placed us in a room downstairs. The manager asked if we had a pet which we stated no. He said usually guests with pets are downstairs because that is the pet friendly area. He then moved us to a room oon tree ground floor and out was even a larger bed! Room was nice and clean. My only complaint is that the room was next to the laundry room and someone decided to do laundry around 11 PM. That did make out difficult to sleep. No problems with water pressure and no shortage of hot water was wonderful. The morning breakfast area wad clean and tidy. I at as they were finishing setting it up so all food was fresh and hot food was hot. We chatted with the lady that was prepping everything. She was very polite and friendly.

Wonderful service, friendliness, checked for a open restaurant upon our arrival, engaged us in conversation and really wanted to make our stay a memorable one. We will definitely stay here again.

We were stuck without a hotel as the room that we had reserved at the casino, under a local conference special rate, did not turn out to be handicap accessible. Randy, the owner, was so helpful! He gave us two rooms at affordable prices and did everything he could to make our stay satisfactory.
The rooms were clean, with microwave, fridg, coffeemaker, etc. and everything was in good working order. Complimentary breakfast was fresh and coffee was good. If we had any questions or needs, he responded right away. If we are in town again, we will definitely come back!

Hotel itself was pretty typical for the price. But the owners were incredibly friendly and constantly working around the property. It was 104 degrees out when we were there and the outside pool was amazing. Spotlessly clean and very updated.

I own cleaning business, Clean Nation Co. out of Spokane. Being the closest hotel to Brewster, my crew and I stayed here, while we did the post construction clean on the middle school renovations. A little bit dated but bed was comfortable, good pillows, breakfast was good, the hotel managers live on site, and were beyond hospitable and friendly!!!! I was not here for vacation, it was for work and we will stay here when we come to finish the new high school in Brewster! Their dog Nala was visiting and I was so happy to get some doggy love!!! We will be back!

The hotel seems like the others and staff have put in time and effort in it's upkeep. Very warm and inviting people and facility.

Our second visit to Omak. The staff is very friendly. The kids couldn't get enough of the pool. My parents were in the other room and said they loved the hospitality of the hotel. It is a family hotel so keep that in mind if you are looking for total peace. It is great for staying and playing in the area. Beds were comfortable, pillows nice. Breakfast was good.

Friendly, efficient and super helpful! We rented two rooms and both were ultra clean rooms. Microwave, small fridge, tv, free wifi and on weekends Club 97 with music that did not bother us in our rooms. Free breakfast was plentiful and they have waffles! Rave review from me!

I come here quite often. I love the newly remodeled rooms. The beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfasts are really good. The manager is always very helpful whenever i need anything.

We enjoy our stay there. Out of the all the hotels we stay at the Manager is the only one to come out and helped us bring our thing in. He also knows our names.

Has a restaurant right in the same building, so you don't have to leave to go eat and come back to find there is no parking place.

Hotel is very clean and the breakfast is very good. Would recommend this Motel to everyone.

We have stayed at this hotel several times, since it was taken over by the Quality Inn there have been many improvements, and there is still a “work in progress”. The changes have all been for the most part very positive.

For most people, the most important part of any hotel stay is that the room is clean and fresh. The bedding and linen along with the mattress are excellent. The entire hotel is non smoking that may be a problem for some. The standard amenities are provided plus there is a small fridge and microwave in addition to the coffee maker and small flat screen TV.

One very welcome addition to our stay at the Quality Inn Okanogan is the continental breakfast. That is a bit of a misnomer because they have beyond continental. There is several different dry cereals, juices, fresh fruit, coffee and tea, bagels & pastries, all fairly common continental breakfast items. There are some hot items also available, including a waffle maker and scrambled egg and sausage and toast.

We have found the staff at the hotel very accommodating and helpful. We understand that they are working towards correcting the problems with the television reception. Currently there are very few channels and although there are the major news networks, there are no sports such as ESPN, Fox Sports, Golf, etc. available.

For anyone travelling through this area on Hwy 97, the Quality Inn Okanogan is to be highly recommended. The price can’t be beat for the quality of the stay in the area.

Even before I arrived I was amazed at the service here. James at the front desk went above and beyond to be helpful. Truly a gentleman and even helped me find a restaurant. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

We love this place second time we stayed here. The breakfast is good,no noise hardly and the staff our friendly. The rooms our very clean plus we have a fridge,a microwave and a coffee pot. Great hotel

Very nice, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast was just right to start day. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, toast, juice etc. Definetly recommend. Will return on next trip.

Loved in....Owners, Perti & Bill are accommodating, friendly & gracious. Free breakfast bar delicions & spacious, crystal clean refreshing pool. Rooms, comfortable, spacious, quiet & newly renovated with refrig, microwave & coffeemkr and free Wifi the a/c very comfortable during July 2021 heat spell. I highly recommend & truly grateful to the Owners Perti & Bill. I Visited during a family emergency & death. This was the perfect spot to regroup, relax & have the comforts of home. THANK YOU !!!❤
