North Cascades Physical Therapy: Lund Dina

I have worked with Dina for several weeks now. She is friendly and I hear good things from her patients. She has run a successful practice for many years. If you need a physical therapist, I highly recommend her expertise. I entrust her care with my family.

My daughter and I have both seen Dina for physical therapy with great success. Dina is professional, caring and explains her methodology and treatment clearly. She helped us both set goals for our healing and kept us on track to meet those goals.
I now have the opportunity to work in the North Cascades PT office and enjoy the opportunity to help others in improving their health. The staff is friendly, attentive and caring.

I have been working for Dina for 3 years now and was previously a patient when I was in highschool. Her work on patients and the success rate should speak for itself. She works wonders and I highly recommend her for your PT needs.

I have been a patient of Dina's on multiple occassions. I come to her because she is very knowledgeable of body mechanics and explains things in detail. I have been to her for knee injuries and a shoulder injury and the exercises help. I choose to come back to her because she remembers the previous work she has done.

I believe Dina Lund is the most knowledgeable and expert physical therapist in the county. Unfortunately, the professionalism of her support staff is lacking and I think they are going to have difficulty working with sensitive populations.

The front staff is very unprofessional. Canceled the appointment without any notifications, calls, or voicemail. They worry more about the insurance then the situation or care of the patient. Make excuses and shows mean behavior when asked to give the future appointment as they only worry about insaurance paperwork on their table. Someone needs to check on their front staff and teach them how to treat or talk with their patients.

I would not recommend this PT, she is not professional. She degrades you in front of her entire business. She seems to think she know what you are doing at home. Very unprofessional!
