I called on a Monday, late afternoon. I expected to wait for a long time so I was pleasantly surprised when I only had to wait for about 10 minutes. I was connected to a very polite, kind woman that helped me with my question in a prompt and responsible manner. I was very pleased with the help I received from the staff in the Omak, WA office.

My experience was very pleasant and quick. The staff were friendly and I was out of there within 20 minutes.

The staff was so friendly and super helpful! I was blown away by how nice and efficient and truly caring the office staff and case managers were to myself. I just moved from Spokane Washington and let me tell you they could really learn a thing or two about how to be Courteous and understanding to others in need of services ... especially when they’re in a situation where they’re struggling and having a hard time. Never in my life have I been treated with so much compassion and caring concern for myself And my family. The caseworker was super efficient and friendly and was really trying to help us Connect with any and all resources available to us to try and better our situation that we are experiencing after A life changing move to the Pateros Wa. area from Spokane Washington! Way to go staff !! Way to be a good citizen and a good person in your community as well as doing your job correctly... unfortunately many others in your surrounding area do not provide the same Great service and that’s a crying shame ..I think they need some re-training from the staff at your office and a great example given to them from people who are really making a difference in our community!!! 👍😊💯

I just wanted to say thank you to the people working here! Everyone here is absolutely dedicated to helping others in any way that they can. You can tell that the people here are doing this job not to just make money, but to make a difference.

Quick compared to others.

I like the people. I just wish they would still transfer ebt money on weekends now I have to find a way to feed my girlfriend and me on Saturday and Sunday this isn't the first time either.

Not very attentive and unaware of disturbing people in waiting area.. I don't take my child there anymore.

I was literally on hold for 6 hours today and still did not talk to anyone this is ridiculous. There’s no way all people were that busy for 6 hours that I couldn’t have my call answered

Some strange guy followed me home from this place and he won't leave... it's been 8 months
