Great location! Delicious authentic Mexican food! As well as kid favorites! You can also ask for hand made tortillas (cost a bit more).

The food is amazing. The service is a little slow but worth it.

The Pambazos could be a couple bites bigger buuuut the taste is so good that I ain't even sad about it

Love this place and they are extremely friendly. Showed up 15min before close and they were so helpful. They didn't look irritated like some places would and 3 different people all responded with big smiles (chef included). I asked if they could cook our burrito a little longer and it came out absolutely perfect. Very delicious and very customer service oriented. Thank you El Rincon Chilango and staff members. You all are superb and I will be back!

The quesadilla with nopales and tacos de canasta were delicious. The bistek ranchero was prepared in a sauce that was not my favorite, but we enjoyed the platanos fritos and agua de guanabana. We'd like to try the many other options listed on their menu, so we hope to return.

Really Good food. Very fair prices and good quality meat is used. The fried bananas are delicious and the atmosphere is simple but fine. The big opportunity here is that the food takes a long time to get. Still a great deal

I've been enjoying this place for years. The food is delicious and inexpensive. The portions are larger than expected. The staff are really friendly and they are keeping their interactions safe during Covid-19. Can't ask for better!

So I know the complaint of long wait times is nothing new but to me the food is always worth the wait when I actually have to. Most times I go there and I'm served quickly and they have the kindest staff that really made me feel heard and at home. I've been going there as a regular for many years now and I always recommend this place to anyone who wants authentic Mexican food. Personal favorites are the mojara frita, tortas, sopes, and the enchiladas. I will always love this place!

Great service the servers are nice and helpful and they make lots of jokes which personally I love the food is great altho they got the wrong order it was so good I couldn't even complain all in all def 5 stars

This is my local (to Irvine) alternative to Los Chilangos in Anaheim. In my opinion, this is the best place to go for chicken tacos - very flavorful! Their chips are really perfect; thin, light, crispy. Their salsa is very spicy, but still has such a good flavor that it's worth sweating over. I usually eat here once a week. I suggest calling in your order ahead of time. The only down side to this place is the amount of time it takes to get your food. If you place your order when you arrive, plan on waiting at least 30-40 minutes for it to be finished (at least when they are busy).
