First Financial Credit Union - Deming

I give this branch in particular 5 stars because they have gone out of their way to try and make things right with me personally. As for corporate and their policies I’m still unsure how I feel about it but I really appreciate this branch taking the time to make sure that I was satisfied, and that I understood the reasons for the issues that I had been having.

My grandma tried for 5 months to get her social security check moved here unsuccessfully. But in one day Jessica and Xavier were able to get her set up and they were very friendly with her. Thank you so much.

Always very helpful. Disappointed they are no longer allowing masks to be worn inside.
UPDATE: Talked with them and there must have been a misunderstanding with their staff. MASKS ARE ALLOWED! Quite satisfied with the outcome.

I love First Financial credit union employees they know me by name when I come in and make me feel important.
