Tacos Colima

Understand this is next to a truck stop and I’ve seen plenty of parents bring their kids! Be very careful!! But all in all the environment is like any other taco truck, the food was A1 I recommend the Pastor, Cabeza, and tripa the most. If you are going to order I would say anything from 3-10pm the afternoon cook is quick friendly and so far has always been spot on with the food. The service is great but when they are overwhelmed you can tell they need a break. My only negative would have to be that it is a bit over hyped but the food is always good. Their salsas are free of charge and since they do always repeat the order back there so far have been no mistakes in my experience.

My girlfriend, who lived in Manzanillo, Colima, for over 10 years, verified that the caporal tacos al pastor are legit! Carne asada tacos were delicious as well!

I love their Al pastor, asada, chorizo, and pollo!! One of the best taco trucks in the valley! I go there every time I want tacos or burritos.

The owner recommended the Torta de Alambre... and it didnt disappoint. Chorizo, asada, al pastor, chicken, peppers & onions, cheese, avocado... it's like a mexican philly cheese steak. I'll be stopping there again in the near future.

And the red salsa has amazing flavor and just the right amount of zip.

We only stopped here because it is right next to the gas station. The tacos are meaty and the salsa is very tasty. They serve grilled onions, cucumber, and jalapeño as their sides.

Burrito de alambre extra hot hot sauce grilled jalapeños. Huge burrito for 12 dollars I'd say it's on par price wise and portion wise with the best taco trucks I've been to.

Extremely delicious meats! Had the pastor burrito and the torta alambre and both were amazing. Plenty of meat and not stuffed with beans or rice. High quality and well made. Price is very reasonable for how they serve. Place looks very clean and friendly staff. Also salsa is great and good soda selection. Top 3 burritos I’ve ever had. 10/10

Bomb as always. Since moving back to the valley from socal, I opt to drive 30 minutes just to get some well made tripa and lengua options.

I have ate burrito de alambre, burrito corporal, I ate the torta de alambre and other dishes that when ever I eat at Tacos Colima it is FIRE 🔥 GOOD FOOD.

Good tacos quesadillas and burritos

You don't even need me to tell you this is the best taco truck in town, oh and you can pay with a card.
