Nice place to visit, few hours needed. Great for kids education and aeronautical inspiration. Its mostly volunteer driven. Every staff was good. Customer Service staff, tour guide staff Mr. Reggie, Mr John. Glad learnt something new. Minimum 2 hrs needed for exterior viewing and inflight visit Plan for 3-6 hrs, if kids educational and 1-2 hours for self guiided tour only. Good merchandise too. Little expensive 20-30% more than expected, but volunteer based and lot of work to maintain the museum.

Totally recommend, it has a issue with bees on some planes, son don't go with shorts or too sweet perfumes if you want to get close to the Peacemaker or so.
Is really sunny, bring sunglasses and sunscreen.
Is a big space, be prepared to walk.

Fascinating seeing all the different planes and war memorabilia, great for sense of sheer scale, Air Force One tour was also great

Wow-zer! It's been a few years since I've visited this place and I was happily surprised! Everything is on point! Excellent customer service! Clean and organized! Fantastic exhibits! There is even an adorable old fashioned type of snack bar. We had a BLAST! This is a must for locals and visitors alike! Even if you are not an airplane buff you will enjoy the history and nostalgia.

One of my great grandsons is very interested in airplanes and becoming a pilot. We thought he would enjoy walking through aviation history. The airplanes included examples of allied fighters, Army, Navy and Air Force. Planes used in WWII, Korean War and the Vietnam War. It highlighted planes and pilots who have broken multiple world records. A beautiful sight was the VC-9C, Air Force One, majestically displayed, including the high flying flag of our beautiful county USA. Admission to tour the inside are scheduled certain days, be sure and check before you go. I highly recommend visiting CAM. Our whole family enjoyed and will plan another visit.

Loved it here. We had a lovely tour at the Presidential airplane, it was awesome. Then we enjoyed looking at all the aircrafts and the museum. If you love history this is the place for you.

Surprisingly great air museum! They have all the typical planes you would expect, but also a few rare ones, like the B-36 bomber, which only has 4 airframes currently in existence. While it wasn't too bad during the middle of the day, in summer, I'd suggest going in the morning or evening in summer and middle of the day during winter because most of the aircraft are stored outside. While they do have an active volunteer program, it looks like they could use a few more regulars, because some of their projects are progressing rather slowly and various little things could use a little more TLC, e.g. many cockpit windows are dirty on the inside.

Always a great time, my kids love this place! We go 3 or 4 times a year. Open cockpit day is amazing! The staff here is nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. Also I recommend the tour of the old Presidential plane. "Air Force One." However an aircraft is only designated Airforce One while the president is on board.

This outstanding air museum contains at least 79 exhibits of vintage aircraft and missles, including bombers, fighters, interceptors, transporters, and a few foreign aircraft. Be sure to allow enough time to visit the indoor museum as well as the extensive outdoor exhibits.

Our family really enjoyed our time here. The staff was super friendly, airplanes we're amazing and the museum had such awesome artifacts. Get ready for a walk because it is a bit big. We went in the dead heat and regretted that part but they have cold drinks for sale. You can feel the energy in the museum such a proud feeling! ✈would recommend to every and anyone.

Spent a little over an hour here. Had a wonderful time it's all outdoors was a bit hit so rushed through the last bit of it. Would recommend to try and go on a weekend when they do yours of the planes. Also they have a tour on the Air force one plane. I went on a Monday place was pretty quite and there were no tours available. Very clean place and has a very informative Tour book for purchase ($2)

$20 for one adult to get in. The vc-9 tour was great only $10 extra per person. Tons and tons of cool planes to walk around. We really enjoyed our time here.

Fantastic outdoor display of Cold War era aviation and recently retired artifacts. Great indoor museum also, displaying the history of Castle and a good gift shop as well. Give yourself at least 2-3hours to see everything.
