Not bad for a dive motel GREAT SERVICE AT THE DESK

The location was good and the front desk was very accommodating. The room was clean and parking was plentiful. Pillow are not the best but for the price I was very happy and will for sure stay again when I’m in town on business.

The Hotel is always clean, the service is great,the owners are friendly, they have their own security that look out at night, they don't let the homeless there, Denny's is also in the same parking lot so it is convenient, It is also close to Freeway onramp

AC works and is super cold!! Clean room. Clean towels. Clean beds. With a microwave and fridge and big screen TV. I would definitely stay here again. If u ever come to Atwater come stay at the Applegate Inn near 3rd Street.

Nice employees, clean room, very easy access to freeway and you get to eat the Almond Tree for breakfast? 5 stars up in a circle formation!

Pleasant quiet clean housekeeping personnel extremely nice with immediate requests for clean towels and necessities. My family needed shelter because of our home of 15 years caught fire on May 26th we've been here for 4 weeks and I highly recommend Applegate Inn. Extremely Satisfied Family of 3 Adults and 1 Child..

Good apartment. Me and my family have been traveling the West coast and needed to stop. I enjoyed it 9/10

Clean rooms, staff friendly helpful good parking space a Denny's nextdoor gas with convenient store inside no more than 500feet

Friendly staff and satisfying food at a reasonable price. Good place to go on a first date to sit and talk all night. 5/7 would go again.

Thanks the Applegate Inn is a great motel it's nice and clean and and that's where I stay whenever I have business in the Merced Atwater area the prices are reasonable and the staff is very pleasant and helpful and I recommend it to anyone who has got to be in the Merced Atwater area
