Sparkle Coin Laundry

I just came home from a trip up north only to find out that my dryer died! I had wet clothes that HAD to dry. I went to Sparkle Coin Laundry because it is very near to my house, and having only lived in Fullerton for 2 years, I didn’t want to go too far. This place was immaculate and very well cared for. The owners were there, and I personally watched him help people to their car with their laundry! This was refreshing to see in this day and age. He spoke to people who I assume were regulars. I spoke to him for awhile, and I can tell you that he and his wife truly care about their customers. His wife even pulled over a floor fan for my husband and I while we waited for our clothes!! I highly recommend you giving your business to them…hard working and caring people.

Today was my first time coming to this laundromat. The other laundromat I used to go to didn't have hot water anymore. I guess businesses have to cut cost.
Sparkle Coin laundromat met my expectations. Clean and spacious. Good and fair prices with a variety of machines. The gentleman working that night was attentive, professional and courteous. He greeted all who entered and left the laundromat. He said "Thank you" to the patron when they departed. I had a $20 bill and he took care of me needing change. He showed me the options of machines since I said this was my first time here. I would want someone like that working with me. 5 stars Sparkle Coin. Great job!

It is very well Run Place. When you select hot water on a laundry machine you get hot water. None of the laundromats in surrounding area do that. The place is clean and crime free

Clean place. Owner is very nice, friendly. If you lose a coin he will reimburse it no questions ask6.. I do my laundry here every week.

It's a normal, quiet and ok laundry

Hours & staff are very good.

Usually an amazing laundromat with amazing owners, but having construction done during operating hours is extremely irresponsible. Had to leave the laundromat due to hazardous materials being blown all over me and my clean clothes; could not even stay to fold.

Place is not being maintained Cat hair all over the place. Dryer screens not cleaned.

Trying to "help" me ? I didn't ask for help.
The lady rushed me the whole time. She decided to help me by taking my clothes out of the washer for me. I caught her doing so was not happy.I don't like people.I do not know touching my personal items like my clothes.
I don't need help. It's only 9 o'clock I think I'll be OK. Switching the clothes over to the dryer by myself. The lady.
Insisted, I used the dryer by the door because it dries faster. I was in no rush, but apparently she was. At 920 she turned off the lights as I was folding my clothes. At 930 she grunted and made comments and made me feel so uncomfortable. I usually enjoy personal time doing laundry. I was so uncomfortable.
I had to leave because she said people were coming to work on the machines. Nothing she said made sense. She wanted to leave early, so she kicked me out at 9:30. This is not the first time.
One ti went home with wet clotbecause she did not allow me to finish trying them.
I don't know why this lady does not like me. I have no issue with her. Besides, she won't let me do my laundry. And that's bad for business. I will go further to do laundry. It's inconvenient, but I'd rather be inconvenienced.Then uncomfortable horrible business horrible who turns out the light on someone folding their clothes thirty minutes before closing time?
Been using this place for years and never had this issue I.
Wish I could continue to come to a laundry mat closer to my My home but I will not be Uncomfortable for no reason when I did nothing wrong.I'm sorry she doesn't like me.There's nothing I can do about it that's Her personal issue not mine and not the business I'm trying to use.

Horrible experience! Run down machines, out of order dryers, tight walkways, small folding spaces, and coin operated restrooms. I felt like I was in a ghetto somewhere.

I was there about 2 months ago and everything was great I went there today most of the dryers ate my quarters or they would read error ,it was so frustrating usually someone is there to help I guess no one was there today . And I over heard the ladies that lately everything is getting broken or not working and that no one goes to clean or maintain it clean and working.. that was my last time going there.
