Nine Liquor #2

I had such a great experience at this liquor store! They truly have such a great selection and wide variety of options! But, more importantly the staff member who helped me was so kind… my husband and I only had change on us as we forgot our wallets and the cashier took the time to count our change and just treated us so well! So grateful for our new favorite liquor store!

The personal experience is wonderful each time I go there! Great products at reasonable prices! Keep up the great work!

really good selection. prices are def higher than say a big box store but it fits the convenience need with some great sections.

Actually opens around 10am and closes around 10:30pm. Hours listed are inaccurate. Sometimes it is closed in the afternoon for 30min or more because cashier is on "bathroom break". Very inconvenient during lunch time. Aside from those issues, prices are decent. Lots of choices for alcohol and soft drinks.

If I could give -5 stars I would . Hispanic cashier is rude and impatient. I’m sure he won’t ever amount to more than working at a liquor store with his attitude. I don’t understand how he’s still employed.
They have a decent selection of beverages and snacks but I would avoid as long as that guys working there

I am a regular customer here and usually service is pretty good. I frequent one of the other Nine Liquor locations more often, but either way, I am a big supporter of these locations. My wife visited nine #2 today and was talked down to by the cashier. She bought the Pina colada buzzball, a flavor she gets regularly, and once opened she noticed it did not look like it usually does. It's usually a milky color and consistency but this one was a clear liquid. She tasted a little bit and it was rancid. She took it back less than 5 min later and the cashier treated her as if she was a criminal. Yelling at her, telling her that she was going to get him in trouble for the open container and saying there was no way it could be bad. She never said it was bad, she said she believed it came from a bad batch. He could have kindly said they don't do refunds or exchanges but instead he came at her like she was a liar. The disrespect will keep us away from this location as long as this cashier is employed here.

I visited this location and bought my usual, a Lotta Colada Buzzball. When I opened it (as soon as I walked out, I was not driving) I noticed the liquid was clear and not the milky white color it should be. The taste was AWFUL! I walked back in and told the cashier that it was a bad batch. He instantly became very defensive and rude, accusing me of endangering HIM with my open container and that I couldn't possibly have a bad buzzball because they don't go bad. NEWSFLASH- BAD BATCHES DO EXIST. Then he told me that they do not do returns or exchanges anyway and to leave the store. Okay, that's fine. But I'll never be back to either location. I've worked in customer service for over 20 years and this owner needs to provide some CS training for staff because clearly, it's lacking at both locations.
