Very pleased with the level of service and the quality of staff at the Enterprise on Tustin St.in Orange, CA.
Both Zach and Tyler were exceptional in personality, efficiency, knowledge, and follow-through. Both had such great attitudes as well.
Couldn't have had a better experience.

I saw a vehicle online and set up an appointment for the next day. I was contacted by Carina Carillo-Colorado right away to confirm and went in the next morning. I was greeted with a warm welcome and knew I would have a good experience. She was very knowledgeable and made the whole process very easy. I had pre-approval through my credit union, and she and Mike Gold (Sales Manager) made that process go through with no problems. I had set up adding the new vehicle to my insurance policy through my app, but was not sure about the start of coverage day/time. She called them to verify and cleared it up. From the time I stepped on the lot to look over the car, test drive, process paperwork and wait for the car to get washed and fuel added, it took just under 2 hours. I had a good feeling about going to Enterprise, and I am glad I did. Thanks Carina!

Picking up the rental provided by my insurance was so easy thanks to Enterprise and their rental rep, Maddie. It only took about 10 minutes to put down my card, look at the car, and drive off the lot. It was a painless process with wonderful customer service. Not only that, but the car they gave me was in great condition and fun to drive while my own car was in the shop. Thanks again!

Marina recently assisted me in obtaining a car from the location where she worked, and I do not have the words to adequately express my gratitude. She was knowledgeable about the car and really went out of her way to make sure all my questions were answered. Wow.. a great place to rent a car. In our travels we rent a lot of cars. We have used Enterprise on many occasions. This location was one of the best. The staff are friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful. They found me a great car at a reasonable price. This is the place to rent a car.

Super awesome location. Bought my car from them, 2020 version available with low mileage and a lower price than a dealership would give you. No hassle no annoying salesperson bothering you. Perla did great kept up with me in contact, got the car ready for me so I when I came to pick it up it was ready to go which it was. Everyone there at the location was awesome.

My dealer referred me to Enterprise when my car was in the shop. A young man from Enterprise picked me up at the dealer in a timely manner, polite and professional. Brought me back to their office to fill out paperwork. The front office young lady was knowledgeable and friendly, taking care of my paperwork and determining the car to rent based on my needs and after doing a walk around inspection to determine existing damage, then providing me verbal instructions on how the car works, I was on my way.

I have rented from Enterprise many times. August 28th, I rolled off their lot with a 2019 Nissan Versa. The car is holding up very well. I am very happy with their office staff that helped me with the purchase

Best car buying experience ever. No pressure, good price for cars at least 35% below market value or more. Car price was $16,999 vs bluebook $25,000.

I purchased a 2019 Hyundai Tucson last January, no problems with the car at all, I only wish they kept service records on the vehicles so that the buyer has an idea of when the last tune up or oil change was.

I would highly recommend purchasing a car from.this office. The staff is friendly and more then helpful and always giving you that 'service with a smile attitude.

Had a SNAFU with our vehicle while in California. Had to take it to Honda. Needed to get a rental for 1 night. Everyone at this Enterprise was by far the nicest, most customer service oriented people I have ever met. First off they came and picked me up from the Honda service department, they got me in and out in a car in less than 20 minutes (I had my wife, daughter, and mother in law waiting for me), and on returning the car, got me in and out in less than 20 minutes AND drove me and my wife back to Honda! Additionally the gal who drove me there and the gentleman that drove us back to Honda were so friendly and cordial. Such a pleasure dealing with them. They all deserve a huge pat on the back.

I needed a car after my car needed a repair and enterprise went above and beyond to find me one when so many had no cars left. Excellent service from the whole gang.

My car had to go in the shop. We always use Enterprise for rental because they are so attentive and have great customer service. We called, they were accommodating. We got the size we wanted and used it for the weekend, however we had car issues (needed oil, a/c stopped, felt like the transmission was slipping) so when we returned from our trip and wasn't readyt ready, I extended the rental but requested another car. Although they didn't have the size, they upgraded me to the next size at the same price. Enterprise takes great care of us. The van I have I purchased from Enterprise Sales. We plan on purchasing our next car from them as well. Great service - great choice of cars.

Great service. I was picked up quickly and was given an excellent car that perfectly met my needs while my usual car was in the shop. I called during my rental with one question and got an immediate answer. Love this place would definitely use them again.

Amir goes out of his way to serve his customers. He helped me with an issue I had with another branch and guided to me as to how to resolve the issue, and did it during his time off and he did not know me from Adam.
This last time, I went to Amir's Enterprise branch in Orange. for my rental need unfortunately they were out of rental cars, but Amir and Kaylee found me car better than I had asked for. Unfortunately, this took a few hours, so we went home. The next day Amir and Kaylee arranged for us to be picked up and gave us an additional day at no cost to us. They also arranged for Janna to take us home. Jana provided us with a fantastic customer care. Every company needs people like Amir, Kaylee and Jana. Great team! Enterprise car rental is fortunate to have them.
