Balboa Beach Treats

Stopped here after a boat ride. Cashier was super nice and patient with indecisive kids. Everything we ordered was quickly devoured. You might find seating closer to the trampoline/climbing games.

Their funnel cakes are out of this world!!! So delicious - crispy, soft & warm. Always freshly made. Large enough to share with my family. 😋

Loralee and Aunt Karen both ordered frozen banana treats while I went with a swirl cone (regular cone, not waffle). After our boat ride it was quite refreshing to grab something sweet and this really hit the spot! Definitely recommend trying this spot if your nearby and looking for some cold.

Frozen chocolate dipped bananas are all that and more. My first one was incredible and I was so happy we came here! Everyone was happy with the treats they picked out:) #theresalwaysmoneyinthebananastand

Come for the Balboa bar, stay for the pigeons. Friendly guys at the counter. The Balboa bar is everything you think it is. A tourist trap and still so good!

Great verity of items at a very good price. The area itself is a little smelly of sewer, but that’s common for this strip. Nachos are excellent, corn dog was excellent. Hotdog was great deep fried Oreos were great , iced coffee was ok.

Five star funnel cakes, for sure. Crispy, yet soft inside, with whip creme and strawberries. Can't be beat!

Fun spot by the bay. Nice picnic benches next to the pick up window for eating with the kids. Our teenage boys liked the fried oreos. Good hot chocolate, churros, Balboa bars, and frozen bananas.

Frozen chocolate dipped cheesecake rolled in Reese's Peanut Butter cup crumbles on a stick. What's not to like!

OK, totally admitting it. I have a thing for frozen bananas. The real ones, dipped in chocolate. Yeah. And you can get them here!
