Park Newport Market & Cafe

I have frequented this place for 9 years since I've lived here at the apartment complex and I've had nothing but the best experience. Not only is it convenient but their items are great the sandwiches are some of the best I've ever had high quality products. The owner always aims to please he and his staff want to make the customers happy and they have completely succeeded with me over the last 9 years. I'm going to miss the butcher paper wrapped sandwiches.

Kyle and Robin have run this family business for years and are great people!. The selection of foods is excellent, and they have a made to order deli for breakfast or lunch sandwiches. They have choice items as well as everyday needs. Great place with great owners and very fair pricing! A one stop first class shop!

If you live in Newport park, you know. The food is exceptional! What's crazy is how amazing the salsa is. 😂

Get the breakfast burrito for a quick meal!

I love this little market! They have everything you would find in your neighborhood corner store. They even have a grill and a great menu - my expectations of this place have continuously and regularly been far exceeded! I could list everything but just to mention the most recent experience when I got a chicken club sandwich...real chicken breast, out on the grill and ALOT of meat, quality ingredients and put together very well and heartily on delicious sourdough bread. They do really know what they're doing!

Great place. They had everything I needed. The owner guy from New York was super friendly, patient, and accommodating.
The guy with the hat was extremely helpful too. He recommended some awesome beers, and really nice while I was chasing my screaming kids around the store.

This store is so convenient. I didn't think this place would carry name brands but I was wrong. It's like a mini Vons. Very clean and I would highly recommend this store when you've forgotten to buy something while you were grocery shopping.

We visit my wife Mother here and stay in apartments they rent for short periods. The market always clean, has good variety for a small market, has great fresh salsa and sandwichs and the staff is great.

This place has a little bit of everything! Huge kitchen menu, tons of snacks, frozen entrees, dry goods with vegan options, booze & toiletries. Nice outdoor seating, great customer service & super convenient for those living in the neighborhood.

Their chili is the best! They make it fresh everyday and it is so delicious. There are plenty of pastries available for grab-n-go first thing in the morning.

Order the Vegetarian Breakfast Burrito, no cheese and with avocado ~ it's my favorite right now.

This place is clean and they have a great variety of quality items.

Believe it or not, probably the best breakfast burrito in OC.
