Very classy decor with a calming welcoming vibe. Baristas were so personable and genuinely like what they do. Coffee is roasted well. Amazing flavor and aroma. Will be back if I’m ever in the area again!

Having experienced many different coffee shop, espresso, and varieties of specialty coffee throughout my life time, I can confidently say Kean coffee is one of the best coffee I have ever had.

Their latte is always perfectly balanced with the milk being perfectly balanced and textured, while the flavoring doesn’t take away from the coffee taste.

Give this place a try and see why it’s always packed and top rated in Orange County and among other coffee shops.

this coffee shop had an awesome atmosphere which we noticed as soon as we walked in. i immediately was able to smell the different kind of beans aromas while waiting to place our order. we did order a sandwich from their baked goods which the bread came out a bit harder than we expected which we told them about and they immediately replaced the sandwich which was great tasting. there is also plenty of parking available because of the shopping center it's attached to.

D is one of my favorite baristas in OC. Anytime I am in town from San Francisco I make sure to stop at Kean coffee and grab a cup. D is always super courteous and friendly and his lattes are amazing. Customer service is great, atmosphere is laid-back, and the coffee is amazing.

One of the top 10 coffeehouses in the world. Run by Martin Diedrich, 3rd generation coffee maestro, this place is the epitome of what a community coffeehouse should be. Totally loved by its neighborhood, it also features extraordinary coffees roasted daily on one of Martin’s brother’s roasters, with well trained baristas in a gorgeously designed space, it is a delight to visit anytime I am in town.

I’ve been coming here since 2010 but once a year and the first thing you can notice is their quality is always the same. Never tried it and disappointed. Cozy place especially the leather couches. Friendly staff. I prefer it than most competitors. Keep going.

Great atmosphere, mom and pop feel, cushion sofas, artisan coffee galore. Come and enjoy a matcha or turmeric late. Indulge in a Black Widow caramel and chocolate taste. Or simply a spiced Mayan coffee to wake up your taste buds. Enjoy!

Consistent, deliciously made coffee drinks and yummy pastries. Baristas are efficient and friendly. Not a hipster coffee shop, rather a cozy and warm atmosphere like coffee shops were back in the day. Ample indoor seating but a little congested.

I always get their cinnamon sugar twist pastry

Great coffee, Great place to hang out. Whenever I'm in the area, I try to hit either Kean or Lost Bean. Even if I'm coffee'd out for the day, I'll grab a bag of coffee beans to take home.

I recommend the Mayan Mocha and the Turkish Latte.

I'm still amused that this place is still going strong 15 years after a giant chain closed an "underperforming" location. Back when this was Diedrich Coffee, it was always busy. After the megachain bought it, it was deserted. Since Diedrich's founder picked it up again and opened Kean Coffee, it's been busy again, every time I've been there!

Love it here. Service is always good and the staff is very friendly. I'd say that the quality of the coffee here is up there. There are definitely better places that are more niche/less commercialized, but it seems like Kean Coffee has done a good job of keeping that balance.

We normally get a hot matcha latte and a flat white (cortado). Both are pretty good but the overall ambiance and experience here make this a 5-star coffee shop

Love Kean Coffee and I love that they have plenty of non-coffee drinks as some of my co-workers don't like coffee. There is plenty of parking here and its clean establishment with clean restrooms and and outdoor area. NO WIFI though yes you read that right. Its either a positive or a negative depending on how you choose to look at it.

Nice Brew; Hustle Vibe

First time there got a Honey Vanilla Latte half syrup and it was a perfect balance of brew strength and sweetness.

The lady helping me recommended it and she deserves a shout out. I think her name was Kristin. To say the least, she was super nice and friendly.

The place is slightly small in comparison to the amount of traffic in the coffee shop so there is almost always no where to sit.

This is honestly one of my favorite coffee shops in OC! I usually get the Cafe Mocha, with Oat Milk and toppings, and it’s excellent. Also recommend the chocolate chip cookie! Employees are friendly, attentive, and on-point!

Great coffee shop. Was told about this location and headed over to buy some beans for the home.

The store is very clean and they have a great selection of beans for the home. I also picked up an ice honey latte and a decaf ice latte. The ice honey latte was delicious.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. I will definitely be coming here more often. I highly recommend this coffee shop!

Coffee for people who are serious about their coffee. They do offer several flavored lattes (I'm fond of the Turkish latte and the dark chocolat/orange one especially), but they're delicately spiced and sweetened, not the overdone feanchise frappucinos and such. Quiches are really nice, too if you eant something rich.

The wait can be long-ish at times, especially on weekends, but with good reason.

One of my favorite coffee spots. Always crowded even though it aint provide wifi. Their coffee is way too superior to starbucks and every member is super gregarious..they roast their own coffee beans, you can’t get fresher than that. Love the ambiance and the vibe. Hands down the best coffee shop
