Mariner's Coffee Shop

My wife and I are obsessed with Mariner’s and it’s our favorite spot for sure. They have incredible food and even better prices. Guaranteed lowest breakfast prices around. The owner and his family are so nice and remember our order every time. I recommend This to everyone visiting Newport.

If you like cafe food that includes pho and a few Asian dishes plus regular American calif fare in a back to the 60s honest family owned and run beach city small town vibe, you cannot go wrong

GREAT little cafe with a nice variety of food, including not only traditional American fare/breakfast, but some Vietnamese dishes, as well (i.e. Phó, Spring Rolls, coffee, etc.). Good food and service. We'll definitely be coming back.

best kept “secret” in Newport Beach! Definitely more of a breakfast/lunch cafe than coffee shop, but their Vietnamese coffee and milk or jasmine tea is super good. They have great Asian fare and yummy American breakfast food as well. I love their breakfast burritos. Their spring rolls with peanut dipping sauce are great for lunch. Decent prices and good portions too!

Friendly and cozy restaurant, perfect for breakfast or lunch. Great fast service, food is excellent. The daily specials are the best, they are always switching things up. Love it.

Food: If you feel adventurous try the specials, they are not your typical coffee shop items, but you will be pleasantly surprised. Some of my favorite items are their Special Breakfast Burrito and the Mushroom Swiss burger accompanied by a refreshing homemade watermelon lemonade.

Service: Excellent, they are very attentive to your needs and everything is served with a smile. If you are there often enough they remember your name and make you feel at home, you don’t find that too often now a days.

It seems like it shouldn’t be possible for a breakfast burrito to be that good. It is wrapped air tight and its thick. I could throw it 15 feet in the air and catch it and it keeps its structure. Amazing service and really great music in the shop. Love this place so much.

We were only in town for a couple days and just looked up the closest diner for breakfast the first morning. And we ended up coming here every single morning for breakfast! Their food was fantastic and the service was as well. Definitely recommend and we will be back the next time we come through town.

Tired of breakfast burritos exploding after a few bits?! This is the BEST breakfast burrito in town! Absolutely handcrafted to perfection. This thing is rolled so perfectly it will stand alone on a plate without coming unrolled! Love this cafe!

One of my favorite places to eat. They have a large variety of foods from breakfast to Asian lunch plates, pho, veggie fried rice . I’ve tried a bunch of things and they are all good. Reminds me of breakfast like your moms cooking!

This is one of my favorite places to eat breakfast. Comfortable & cozy feeling. Ma & Pa breakfast spot for sure. The staff are always friendly. Food tastes delicious! 5 stars!

Nestled just a block North at Coast Hwy and Tustin Ave just behind the consignment store, you’ll finally discover Mariners Coffee Shop after driving past this place for the best part of two decades. Seems like the old school burger cafe are thinning out so I was eager to try it. OK my wife says cut to the chase….
been back intentionally three additional times since my first visit, in all honesty i’ve ordered the same thing, avocado bacon cheeseburger
combo. HOWEVER, the menu is rather eclectic and i’m looking forward to trying the pad thai next time. Hope this helped. Enjoy.

Fast service. Tasty and soft cheese burger. My son said it's better than In-N-Out which is his favorite. Great Mariner's Fried Rice and Grilled Pork Spring Rolls.

What a GEM!!!! Their breakfast burrito is MAGIC wrapped up in a fresh homemade tortilla. Their red and green salsas are OFF THE CHAIN flavorful!
