I had an amazing shopping experience! Daisy was a great manager and trainer! She assisted Megan and save me a walk to my card. I accidentally forgot my card. I had my Apple Pay. Daisy was quick to solve my problem. Joe was able to find my sizes. Overall this is a great team! I had an amazing shopping experience. Thank you guys!

Daisy and Tim were truly AMAZING! They did an outside team work assisting my daughter and I. Daisy and Tim went above and beyond for us. We were greet as soon as we walked inside. Daisy has great product knowledge. Tim made sure that he found every boot we wanted. I was highly satisfied with my shopping experience.

Can we say AAAAMMMAAAZZZING!?! I was initially just going to go to Nordstrom to purchase Ugg’s as a birthday gift for my sister then I saw this store was here. I’m so grateful I came here! I have the cutest EXCLUSIVE UGG’s that the department stores don’t have! I must say the customer service was beyond superb! Like 10stars!!! Associates and management helped me because I was soooo indecisive! They were patient, polite and very attentive! I felt like I had personal shoppers☺I came to “look” for a gift and left with way more!

I mistakenly shipped to this location, and was so nervous to call and see what my options were to receive my order. The associate i spoke with immediately got my address and shipped the shoes to me and was so so kind! I wish i got her name. I just really appreciate that she went out of her way to help me today and i am just so excited for my new boots! Thank you!

Five stars is easy for the products, but the fight starts I'm giving is for the staff. I went to go pick up my order today, and the sweet girl went out of her way to help me get my order together and even got me a bag for the gift that I bought. I absolutely love the wonderful friendly staff here!
