We went to this store for the first time. We found everything ok. Maybe not so organized but the prices are very good! Staff is very friendly too.

Supervisor Jorge was very nice. Made sure I got good deals for the things I needed for my baby . I had an awesome time shopping.

After shopping for an hour & having a wagon full of clothes, got to the dressing room & it was closed due to a staffing shortage. It would have been nice to be notified when walking through the doors with a sign or verbally that the dressing room was closed (there was a greeter at the door who was welcoming every person that walked in). I would have never started shopping had I known there were no dressing rooms available. I called the store & spoke with the manager April who initially said they couldn’t open up the dressing rooms (by this time, the flood of people that were waiting outside the dressing rooms were now in between isles trying clothes on). The Manager April took it upon herself to call corporate or to call wherever it was to get approval to open up the dressing rooms. I am giving 5-stars because regardless of the negative experience I initially had, it’s all about how you handle things as a manager (attitude, problem solving, etc.) & doing right by the customer. Thank you April for turning a negative customer experience into a positive one.

Burlington has the very best Women's clothing around! I love this store!

This place is Huge, clean, very friendly customer service. many options for everyone in the family. Plus most items at a great price .. 4 denim jeans under $50, 6 dressy tops $40.. definitely worth the drive down, much nicer than the one on harbor st ..

Hilda and Diana are absolute ANGELS. The night prior, I had applied for a credit card in the store, and unfortunately did not receive my ID back after the transaction. The next day, I came to realize that my ID was NOT in my wallet, and I NEEDED my ID to fly back to Chicago for the holidays. It's the ONLY form of ID that I have. So I retraced my steps and realized that it was at Burlington. When I called, I was frantic, and Diana was very calm and patient with me on the phone. Took down my information, and even called me back PROMPTLY to let me know what was going on or off they havd found it. Then I got a phone call from Hilda....MY ID was FOUND!!!! I came to the store to pick it up, and Hilda had it ON her. Safe and sound. These 2 women made me feel cared about and reassured. They went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate them!!!!

I love this store! Got what I was looking for they have a great line of men's women's children's and babies clothing and shoes and a big selection of housewares and linens and I would definitely recommend it and go there again
