Open Care

I have been getting help here when other doctors would not listen to me. Dr. Ponce and Dr. Olsen take the time to discuss my symptoms and treatment plan and offer valuable advice. The only negative about Open Care is it is very difficult to schedule an appointment because no one answers the phone. I assume they are short-staffed. I used to be able to schedule an appointment online but that service no longer available. It's unfortunate they don't take my insurance, however it has been worth it to me to pay out of pocket.

I am very glad and grateful to Dr. Ponce. I have been to several doctors who have not listened to me. She is very good at listening and has helped me with my anxiety and depression. For the first time I actually feel like this is something I wanna can treat as she has taken the time to explain the treatment. For anyone looking for a doctor or has questions about anxiety and depression I highly recommend this clinic.

I've been seeing Dr. Olsen since January of this year and he has been one of the best doctors I've ever been to. It's a nice location and never wait very long. He is very caring and compassionate and always takes as much time is as needed and give excellent medical advise. His staff is always helpful and nice as well. 5 stars for Dr. Olsen!

I have been coming here for over a year now and the doctors and nurses are very nice and professional. The office is always clean, you can take home a magazine if you want and they are always adding new services to improve the clinic. I would recommend anyone to come here and check them out. It will be worth your time.

Dr.Olson is the most compassionate, understanding, and knowledgeable doctor. Don't listen to bad reviews, it's just people with no disabilities trying to cheat the system. He is very nice and is always there for you. 5 stars

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great doctor who really knows what he is doing. I've been coming here for years and the staff here are A-MAZING. They offer very fast service and are always able to accommodate with my schedule.

They were friendly and efficient! Wasn't waiting long but their waiting room is very comfortable if you do. Family friendly. Water available. Magazines to read. Great experience.

The office staff is very respectful. Reyna is amazing and Dr. Powers is professional and understanding. The way Dr. Powers talks to you and interacts with you will make you feel like family.
