Newport Beach Vacation Properties

We had THE best experience with Newport Beach Vacation Rentals. We had trouble finding our rental because we arrived late at night and the staff answered my SOS text immediately. They stayed on the phone with us until we found the awesome home, crisis averted! The property, 2204 1/2 Waterfront Drive was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The only disappointment was the fact there was no live TV, only Roku, so we missed watching sports and business channels during our stay. We will absolutely be booking through NBVP the next time we visit the area!

We loved our stay in Balboa! The property was a perfect fit for our big families needs and working with the management company was a breeze even though we didn’t “need” them. They were super helpful and informative with there emails and texts and if I had needed anything I had all the info at my fingertips. It was a great location close walk to the beach, perfect evening stroll to the Fun Zone. We loved it! Thank you

Our rental was lovely and perfectly located. The garage parking spot was a significant plus. Some major street renovations started by the city were distracting, but North Beach Vacation did everything they could to offer us alternative rental units in the area, though we ultimately chose to remain. I will definitely use Newport Beach Properties and ask for this unit on subsequent vacations to the area.

We absolutely loved this home and the location! We were able to easily walk to the beach and the Fun Zone! The home was comfortable and we had plenty of room for all 8 of us! We also loved that the neighborhood was so safe and quiet.

The unit was bright, comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable. Location is excellent. There was am issue with the air conditioning and Peter at Newport Beach Vacation Properties promptly responded to our email and he was very professional and pleasant in managing the issue. I highly recommend this company and would rent another unit through them anytime

We rented from NBV on 38th street in Newport Beach and access was easy, place.was clean, and well stocked. Price for week was much better then Air BnB or VRBO with their excessive fees. Location was key as I had trade show in Anaheim, which took 1/2 hour in morning, and my wife and her friend toured the area. Pavilions grocery store close and tons of good restaurants. We had a toilet running, notified NBV, and maintenance came out and fixed. Would highly recommend NBV for your next SoCal vacation.

They have some wonderful properties and Artie is most accommodating. I highly recommend looking here for the right fit!

Newport Beach Vacation Properties is the best rental company to work with in Newport. They are friendly and very informative. They will make sure that your stay is smooth and easy. They have a great communication system that allows you to download a phone app so you have all your property info. I definitely will come back and recommend NBVP!! Thank you!!
