Unprofessional. Notary’s be warned, they do not pay for the work you have done.

As a notary signing agent in NYC I handled a massive 2 loans 600 page signing for this company. I worked very hard and followed their direction to a T. After the loan signing I mailed the documents to multiple locations per Toms K's instructions.

He saw the amount of work I put into this project and offered an "of course verbally" to increase my signing fee. Which I accepted, when it came time to pay guess what? CRICKETS. He is denying more so reneging everything. I would stay away form this company and this particular escrow officer especially if you are a signing agent and depend on your fees to to keep a roof over you and your family's heads.

It's very disappointing and lacks honesty, business ethics, class and integrity. Stay away unless you enjoy not getting paid for the work that you do.

To top it off he advised the signing company that I represented that I should not contact him about this any further, and the signing company threatened remove me from their platform if I contact him again. Tom K, you should be ashamed of yourself.

They made repeated errors and charged me something I wasn't responsible for, even after the error was pointed out and the fact that they promised they had triple checked and corrected the error. Service attitude was not great either. I will not use this company and will not recommend using this company to anyone.

My assumption was the frying grease was in need to be changed.
