After a wild goose chase I finally found the number to speak with a representative about my MCTR payment. Sherry was amazing. Very polite and to the point. I was able to get the info I needed, very happy with the service. I thought there would have been a survey but there wasn't so I came on here to give her the recognition and thanks👏

These workers are very nice I hear a lot of people saying the Santa Ana site is better because it's less crowded and the employees are great and these people are professionals in what they do than the LA site so if you leave without the help you need then you must be the problem Either you were being a Karen or you were asking the wrong questions and meant something completely different. I find it supremely ironic how people complain of the supposed inefficiency of govt... I drive for uber, what they couldn't answer in literally 50 calls to a ridiculously inept, outsourced customer service dept, took 10 minutes in and out the door at the caftb. Oh, and it turns out screwber wasn't following the ca state law, shocking.

I had to go to this office on two separate occasions. Each time service was quick and the employees very pleasant. I do not suggest calling the customer service number. You are definitely better off going into an office. Highly suggest you go to the Santa Ana office

If you come before 7:30 there is no problem to get service right away. Roland is very fast and efficient on windows 5.Ask for parking validation.Thank you FTB

I was at the FTB in Santa Ana this morning. Roland was courteous and very professional. The experience was amazing. The service was top notch. Thank you Roland for all of your help.

There are not too many customers waiting in line. Parking is actually free, if you park in the building you may request FTB staff to validate on your parking ticket.

No lines when I came in at 8 AM! Fastest paperwork processing ever! Definitely recommended over the LA location!
