Purchased this car from Raul Alegria. Everything about the experience was pleasant. The dealership was busy (typical for a Saturday) however the staff worked together to make sure we all received the attention and customer service we needed. Overall pleasant experience which isn’t common when purchasing a car. I would recommend this business to friends and family. LOVE my new ride!

When we walked in we were greeted immediately. Gorge Garcia Was super helpful. He was very attentive to our requests and very considerate. My mom and I were interested in 2 cars at a different location and he went out of his way to bring both cars one by one. He really showed great customer service. His associates Ben and Daniel were very kind with helping us get the contracts and cost together. Gorge stayed till 9:30 to help us finish all the paperwork so that we could take home the car. He was very patient with us, we are very happy with his help.

I was contacted immediately after finding the car I wanted on Autolist and from there he did everything for me all the credit stuff and I got approved before even showing up and all i needed to do was sign documents and all the paperworl at the dealer, go over payments and everything was finalized! I had the pleasure of working with Gorge Garcia for this car purchasing experience. After shopping unsuccessfully with online car sale companies, I came to OC Auto Exchange to see one of the cars I had on my list and after seeing the car and interacting with Gorge, I decided to purchase my car from here. I was in and out the door in less than an hour.
Was looking to get into a model 3 for a few days after checking out a few places finally saw one I liked Got in touch with Steven here at the Fullerton Location . He pretty much got everything ready by the time I walked in the dealership from the time I got in to the time i was out the door it was no more than an hour. Vehicle price was the exact same as advertised on the website no BS at the time of closing out the deal everything was pretty much flawless. Thanks alot Steve .

Traded my car here and they gave me a great deal on it considering all the issues it had from the past dealership. Adin was super patient and very friendly. I spent 6 hours here getting everything worked out and in the end they were life savers! This should be your first choice when looking for your next car. Great experience from start to finish. I texted Noe and told him how much I have down and what my credit score was it and asked him he can work with that. He gave me a call, went over a few things, filled out their online form for financing, and waited. I got approved after a few hours, went down to test drive the car, it was great, everyone was friendly and weren’t with the nonsense. Straight to the point, no pressure to buy even after getting me approved.
It’s been 2 weeks now and the car is still running great as expected.
I had a few questions and every time I text or call them I get a quick response. No runaround or nonsense. Definitely 5 stars!

Christian is a awesome guy and was honest! I had some reservations about buying a Tesla from a third party dealership but these guys are professional and into customer service!
