My husband and I relocated for his job from Texas to California. Expecting to be there 5 years, we decided to rent a house. Balboa was the property management company the homeowner had in place and ultimately was the reason we had such a great experience during our time there. Most of my interactions were with Taylor Verbelen who always went above and beyond for us, ensuring maintenance issues were handled promptly and other issues as they arose. Taylor’s approachable, professional and friendly demeanor led my husband and I to have complete confidence and trust in Balboa. Unfortunately, our time there ended sooner than anticipated with my husband’s job being transferred to Arizona, but Alex, Taylor and Brandon made the stressful situation of moving (again) seamless for us. I highly recommend Balboa for any of your property management and/or real estate needs!

Used Balboa Realty to manage my downtown Huntington Beach property. They were very professional with top notch service. I had a slab leak that occurred when I was out of town and they took care of all the repairs and coordination with the tenant.

I was getting married in the Newport Area and Balboa Realty was able to house all of my family in two convenient locations. This really made the planning process easy and their staff was so friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure the wedding and our events went off without a hitch! Definitely using them again, great company and great houses!!

Balboa Realty created a turn-key situation for us with our rental home. We had previously been with another management firm and it was becoming very stressful due to lack of communication and poor decision making by the company. Great experience using this company. Rented a place on Balboa peninsula a few weeks ago for family trip. Property was updated and nice and clean. Called for minor issues and staff was courteous and responsible. Quick responses and very professional even one time being after hours. I Would use this company again.
