Banana Republic Factory Store

I have no criticism for this store whatsoever, I would criticize the brand as a whole, but not this store specifically. I think for what they do they do a great job.

Prices are great not crowded place so , You can shop nicely and having personal space. Also there's a great shirts at affordable price with great quality.

You can get lots of classics and essential wears here. Lots of neutral colors and good for any occasion clothing pieces. Good deals and prices on nearly everything in the store.

Everything is always so organized and staff is really helpful.

Always a great place to shop. Best petite collections I know of. For those with smaller frames and bustlines you can find a large collection of everything that fits perfectly!! With a rewards account, there are always discounts, reward dollars in addition to frequent sales. Classic designs with just enough current trends to get you through anything. My favorite apparel store by far.

Banana Republic is my favorite hassle free store for all of my business attires. I love that it's conveniently located pretty close to the parking lot & I can always make a fast trip in & out. I pretty much I always run to this store before every presentation or training that I have to deliver when I need to be dressed in business casual or business professional. Thank goodness that everything is fairly priced or I would be breaking the bank for my business events.

All the employees are usually very nice & attentative. I especially admire Andy the store manager. His customer service is above all. My husband even gives Andy credit for his technology savvy ways. We both love that Andy is very calm under all circumstances. We've seen him being tugged & pulled in every which way by customers & his staff but he remains very poised & handles every situation in a smooth & timely manner. That's when we began to realize that he is the manager & not just another member on the sales floor. Andy is definitely manager quality.

Good job Banana Republic for hiring the right people to keep your customers happy! We will be back & continue to shop if you continue to make our shopping experience a pleasure like it's been.

Always find what i am looking for

It was a hot mess when I arrived (got really busy) and then when I was out of the dressing room the staff had everything cleaned up and folded. It made my shopping experience so much less anxious!

A Banana Republic Factory store in the Orange Outlet. Lots of duscounted BR items are available for men and women.
