Great shopping place. Staff are extremely friendly, “Terry” in particular. I was trying to find a specific design for magic watch plus and Terry went above and beyond to find the last remaining piece at the store.

Love thus store. Even if you don't feel like buying g anything, it's a great place to stop by and check out the latest Disney merch. The artwork and feel of this store is amazing too.

Cast member Isabelle went above and beyond to help me find a specific tumbler I had been looking for. She checked in with her lead and was able to find some in the back, truly appreciated her checking for me 🙏🏼 Great customer service experience from her!

There is so much magic, so little time.

I believe this is one of my favorite stores in the world! I haven't been all around the world yet, but at least for what I have seen in the United States This is one of my favorite stores. The employees are beyond kind and I can't imagine how much work they do because almost every single day that I've been into the store the store has been rearranged in a different way . Or different things are in different places for you to look at. If you have the app, I do recommend using that to check out your items and going to the self checkout area so that you can quickly leave the store once you buy something as the line can get pretty long for checkout.

Though they are pricey, sometimes they do have really good deals. And I love how they have some random hidden gems. Too bad they're not consistent, though. One time, they had a PowerPoint sweater, and I thought they would have more Goofy Movie merchandise, but no go. BUT. Then I went another time, and they had a Goofy and Maximus Loungefly backpack, 50% off 😱🤩😍 I snatched that thing quick! 😆 I hope they have more Goofy Movie merchandise in the future. But even if they don't, they have so many neat things. Something for everyone!

Plenty of souvenirs are here. You can spend hours in this store. Really nice products with decent prices. The Halloween decorations and shirts are amazing. They were out of my size of popular items, but it is not their fault. They were popular so ran out. They restock regularly so founds the items a couple of days later. Can't wait to go back for Christmas items.

This store is the right one for travelers who come to know Disney. Here you will find everything. Clothes, hats, accessories, sweatshirts, pins, key rings, toys, etc. I recommend I enter here. You will like the store here.

This is a great place for Disney merch if you're in Downtown Disney. The store is nicely decorated and organized. The staff are very friendly and helpful if you have any questions. They also validate your parking pass if you purchase something from there. I took my fiancée here since we never been and she totally fell in love with the store. She got a sweater and some shirts. It's a big store and they have many different options or merch for you to get. I don't think this place is strict on the face mask but I wore mine the whole time I was in there and there also no fitting room.

Sending a BIG thank you to Asher for his incredible service this evening, he embodies what makes this place so magical. He must have noticed the overwhelmed, tired look on my face as I scoured the shelve looking to replace my daughter’s sweatshirt that I had purchased there 3 years earlier. He understood my garbled words (we have been traveling for 14 hours) as I tried to describe it, nodding his head with understanding and patience. Then with the optimism that could rival the Fairy Godmother herself, said that not only did they have it but also her size. Sigh. What a satisfying experience.

You find all the merchandise that is at the parks and some items that are no longer offered at the parks.... great place to shop

After the recent renovation (and relocation to behind Earl of Sandwich), the World of Disney store in Downtown Disney has finally returned to its original location right outside the main entrance to the parks and across from the parking trams. The store is overwhelming as ever, with all the swags that you could want from Disney located at a single location. Further, given the store is accessible without a park ticket, it's the easiest way to pick up Disney gifts for people compared to visiting a Disney store in the mall. We're really going to miss the original display above the entrances, but the simplified version of signage is a lot clearer. The lines for checkout can get slightly ridiculous close to park closing times, but the staff are well trained to deal with irritable customers.

You have to stop in and see all the Disney stuff they have for sale. My kids loved going in here and picking out a surprise and just walking around to see everything. We stopped in the day before we were going to Disney to give the kids something to do to not be bored in the hotel. Highly recommend stopping by to see everything they have. They are super friendly here and it’s family friendly.

It’s an amazing store for the kids. They love it. The prices are high but this is nothing different to other Disneyland stores and restaurants. There so many different types of gifts you can buy and offer to family and friends when you get back home. They also offer to ship your items so you don’t have to worry about transportation. Thank you Disney for making this happen

Lots of great little items for purchase here, even if you're not a hardcore Disney aficionado.

The superb unique Disney store experience. Most hit spot when you go to Disneyland and need some swag. Go here after your day, or the days before you hit the park so you don't have to take your stuff with you all day long. It gets busy in the evenings though, basically opposite of the covid experience, no social distancing here haha.

Fun store for a bunch of souvenieers, my Corgi makes me come here to get him pillow pets. Limes get a little long but they move quickly. Don't come with your gf or else she's gonna find a way to come home with new stuffed animals when there's already no room on the bed
