I used Doc in a Box over the weekend when I came down with a nasty sore throat. It was so easy to use and I was video-chatting with one of their physicians within 15 minutes of setting up my account. After he diagnosed me, he sent a prescription to my pharmacy and I was able to head directly there to pick it up. So much better than waiting for an hour at an Urgent Care just to be seen and risk getting another type of bug from other sick people in the waiting room. I will definitely use them again!

For travelers (...or anyone), this is an incredibly easy and efficient way to "see" a doctor! My husband needed a prescription for a UTI and didn't want to wait God-knows-how-long in a germ-filled waiting room to be seen by an out-of-network doctor. This was the perfect solution. Total wait time: 3 minutes. The prescription was sent to the pharmacy within 2 hours. The doctor was friendly and helpful. We are very impressed and will use this service in the future.

Very smooth and simple process. The Doctor called me within 15 minutes and almost like magic I got what I needed. I started a new job and needed a prescription refilled so the Doctor took 2 to 3 minutes to understand my situation, put in the request and submitted my prescription. Doc In A Box was just what I needed today!! As a working Mom it's hard to get into the doctor yourself when you're busy juggling everyone else's schedules plus your own so when I needed antibiotics to take care of my sinus infection that I routinely get a few times a year they were just what the doctor ordered. The doctor that I spoke to was extremely professional, his response time was very quick to my initial request and my prescription was sent in within minutes of our consultation. This service was awesome and a life saver for my family. My son was sick and it was a Sunday night. No urgent care was open and we saw this online. The doctor saw my son in 10 minutes and they sent the medication over to the pharmacy. I will use them again! Highly recommended.

How many people can say that they have spoken to a Doctor in the comfort of their home? I came down with a really bad cold and I am one of those people that try to avoid going in to see a Doctor but I needed some help. The doctor on the phone was VERY professional and quick. At the end of the call he was able to send the prescriptions over to MY local pharmacy and on my way home from work I stopped by and it was ready to go. 5/5 Highly recommend using for people out there with crazy schedules.

Amazing service!! The Dr was available today — on a Sat. I felt comfortable and at ease discussing my medical problems with the Dr. who is professional and personable, and he quickly and efficiently sent scripts finalizing my needs for today!! I’m not one to do reviews; only if exceptional standards are met. DOC in a box even exceeded exceptional service!!!

Doc in a box was a dream! As a nurse it's difficult to find the time to get time to take care of your own needs. I was able to speak to someone and get everything I needed to get back to work and be there for my patients and my family. Easy, convienient and professional. Recommend it to everyone.

Even paying thousands of dollars a year in health insurance, it still costs me over a $100 in co-pays, not including blood work, which they will insist on, to see my Nurse Practitioner. Even for a simple prescription renewal. You bet I'm looking for a new doctor! Then I heard about Doc in a Box! It almost seems to good to be true!I had a fever on a Saturday, called Doc Box, and within an hour my prescription was waiting at the pharmacy. I would of had to wait another two days, and pay about four time as much going to my current Family Clinic. Thanks Doc in a Box! I'm sure Ill be back, and Ill tell all my friends!

Doc-in-a-Box has been a lifesaver! I was out of town with my toddler when I started feeling sick. I get sinus infections frequently and my symptoms were feeling very similar to that. The last thing I wanted to do was sit in a waiting room at an urgent care with a two year old, so I went online to see if there were any other options and that is when I found this company. I signed up and less than 10 minutes later I was videochatting with a doctor who went over my history and all my symptoms. He was very thorough and caring. After he diagnosed me, he sent over two prescriptions to a CVS that was close to my hotel. Everything was so easy and I will definitely be using them again in the future!

I loved the ease & quickness of Doc in a Box for a prescription refill, plus the price was great! Wrong mg was called into the pharmacy. They contacted the pharmacy and corrected it immediately of being notified. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

I used Doc in a Box on New Years Day when my Doctors office was closed. The website was easy to navigate for this not so computer savvy lady. I did a computer chat then a phone call from a nurse practitioner. All within 10 mins I had a diagnosis and a prescription waiting for me at my local pharmacy. I wasn’t sure what to expect with a virtual doctor experience but honestly this service is GOLD. I dreeeead paying to sit in long lines next to other sick folks just to get a 10min visit, diagnosis and RX. This was easy and painless! I had a videoconference within moments of signing up and my prescriptions were sent directly to my pharmacy. Yes, please! I HIGHLY recommend!

I appreciate being able to contact medical personnel on the weekend or holiday when no one else is available and be able to have a prescription if needed. The wait time to talk with them is relatively short. I have used this service a couple times and been pleased with it. Super easy to use highly recommend it

I had to use them twice, both times on weekend evenings or holidays. Such a great alternative to dragging yourself out to urgent care. Both providers were nice, seemed competent and caring. Less traumatic for the children!

I just used this for our 4 year old and it was amazing! She came back from camp with this crazy rash and we didn’t have time to go to the urgent care. We saw a doctor within 10 minutes and he saw the rash and immediately called in some steroids cream. We didn’t even have to stop our weekend routine. Thank you DOC in a box!
