I recently visited this parking garage and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The rates are quite reasonable, especially compared to other options in the area. While I did notice some confusion around the payment system, I found the posted rates to be accurate for my visit. The staff I interacted with were professional, although I’ve heard there can be issues with security later in the evening. Overall, a solid choice for parking in the area with just a few areas that could be improved for an even better experience.

Not the best garage not the worst. Parking decks around here all have issues but it could always be worse. Seems to be cheaper than the smaller parking garage down the st. Ran into multiple rude security guards toward night time. Elevator buttons have been non operational for awhile. Depending on the day 2nd floor and up smells like urine bad. Make sure you double check and lock up belongings out of sight.

Paid $4 at the machine before leaving on Art Walk night. Got down to ground level and the exit machine is asking for another $4 for a total of $8 when the daily maximum is $7. Not sure if this was a fluke today but it happened to the guy that left right before I did too. The parking staff seemed clueless and was unable to help anyone as far as I could tell so people just had to pay twice.

The pricing posted reads that the first two hours are free and 75 cents every 30 minutes after. I was charged $4 after 1.5 hours 👍👍👍
