I petitioned my husband for his permanent residency in June of this year. Despite, our fears Carla and Zari continued to reassure us every step of the way. My husband has been well taken care of by Zari and Carla. They have been here from start to finish from the initiation of his DACA, Advance Parole, and adjustment of status. Carla was extremely helpful, always kept in contact with us, left messages, prepped us. They were always reachable and prompt at responding. I am ecstatic to report that he is now a green card holder as of yesterday 8/15. We are immensely grateful for their support! I have been working with Hadjian Law since 2012 when Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) was first initiated. As an undocumented immigrant, going through the application process could seem daunting and intimidating but this team never faltered and made every step effortless. When the process to be become a US Permanent Resident became a possibility for me, I admit it was fearful to take the next step but Zari and Karla motivated me to continue on....I can say that after eleven years working with this incredibly professional and outstanding group I have officially been granted a green card and I couldn't have done it without their help. No fake promises and no beating around the bush. People can misinterpret this for being rude but I prefer honesty. She works with Carla and they are the best duo. Attorney Zari could not have been more gracious with her time when I discussed a potential case during a consultation two weeks ago.Yes, attorneys are very busy people, but it helps when you as a potential client are ready with paperwork, evidence and details of your case for them to make a good assessment and help you better. Zari not only gave me solid options but also some advice as of how to proceed. Not really sure why the reviews are not all 5 star, but then again people tend to only review when their experiences go slightly inconvenient for them.
Mrs. Hadjian aided me during a very deep and tough time my family were dealing with legally after a loss of a loved one.. She walked me through the entire process and was helpful answering my question. I just personally will always remember her for the comfort she provided me during the dilemma and stress.. she was just, human. Most lawyers can be seen as apathetic and not really care.. so this was a nice change.
