Dr. Laura and her staff are amazing! They really go above and beyond and treat you like a friend. They aren’t pushy and they honestly care about your pet. So happy I came here for my three kittens.

SO happy I found Dr. Laura! She and her staff are FANTASTIC! From Samantha, Mia, & Jaidyn at the front desk to her Vet Techs...Jessica & Ryan. Everyone was very knoweldgeable, helpful, personable, and compassionate. My dog recenlty had his teeth cleaned. While he was under anesthesia they released his anal glands, trimmed his nails, and treated an ear infection. My only regret is that I waited too long to get his teeth cleaned. He had two teeth that needed to be removed. Everything went smoothly and my dog is now SUPER happy!!! Do not hesitate to take your animal to see Dr. Laura and do not wait to have your animal's teeth cleaned. Your animal will thank you for it!

I recently got a new kitten and have been taking her here for her shots. Dr. Laura is great and all the front desk girls are so sweet and nice. I always hate taking the baby because I know shots are no fun but look forward to seeing everyone. They are so sweet to my kitty and everyone in the office is so nice and professional :)

We took in one of our cats a few weeks ago and the entire staff was exceptionally friendly. Dr Laura was very thorough, patient and gave us very simple straightforward advice. We didnt have to wait long at all and fortunately there was nothing seriously wrong with the cat.
Unfortunately we took our second cat in today and the news wasnt so good. The problem is much more serious. Dr Laura again was great. After a thorough examination she presented all of the options without any pressure. She spent plenty of time explaining all of the details and did not rush us at all. In fact when I checked out and paid for the visit I almost felt guilty because her prices were so reasonable. She, and her entire staff, clearly do their job because they love animals and want to help people.

Compassionate, knowledgeable, professional, affordable and I couldn't be more grateful. I was sent here for chest xrays and discovered my dog's cancer was consuming his lungs. They didn't put him through more than absolutely necessary as laying down made it hard for him to breath. The vet was kind yet matter of fact, not giving me false hope and preparing me for what to expect. They helped me to help him stay as comfortable as possible until the very end. And when that time came they stayed by my side and again explained every step and what to expect. I cannot possibly repay them for their guidance and compassion.

We have been going to Dr. Laura for several years with our variety of cats (we currently have five). She has always been caring, capable, and compassionate in her treatment of them and always, always more than fair in her fees. Her staff is great!! After years of unpleasant vet experiences, it is such a pleasure to fine a gem like Dr. Laura.

Dr. Laura is one of the most caring people I have ever met. The way she reacts toward animals, you can tell that she feels genuine love for all her patients. One of my beagles developed a tumor in his lung and we had no choice but to put him down. Dr. Laura helped to make it more bearable. She has been taking care of our dogs for 12 - 13 years now and I would never take my pets anywhere else.

We absolutely love Dr. Laura and her staff who are very knowledgeable and caring and personable. With the new addition of Dr. Leslie, that just is an added bonus. Their office is always able to make my appointment times as convenient as possible. And when we need to come in for something urgent, they always fit me in somehow. Dr. Laura goes above and beyond and takes her time to answer any questions or concerns I have, even after hours sometimes, which is very comforting. Shaggy and Kitty sure love Tustin Santa Ana Veterinary Hospital, and I wouldn't take them anywhere else because I know they're getting the best possible care!!!!

It is difficult to find a vet like Dr. Laura who not only has the professional expertise in dealing with animals, but one who really cares, and she is so good about explaining things. She is a gem. The previous vet kept misdiagnosing my cat's illness, but she spent a little extra time and made the correct diagnosis. And it gets better, her staff is fabulous, too, all very kind and caring and a special thumbs up to Stephanie, who is always so sweet and caring to my beloved pets.

Dr. Laura has always been there for us. As long as I can remember she has been our vet. She has seen us through numerous issues with our dogs, always caring and compassionate about the choices we needed to make. Her staff is fabulous and now with the addition of dr. Leslie, they have become even more efficient.

I have been coming to Tustin Santa Ana Vet Hosp with rescue dogs, even before I had my own. Dr Laura has always treated my saint bernards with TLC, and I know that they are in the best hands getting the best care. When my Humphrey was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, Dr Laura and her staff treated him with dignity, and let me make the decision when Humphrey was tired and wanted to snore his way to the bridge. The next year, my Willow, who had renal failure, became so sick, Dr Laura was there for me to hold her as she peacefully joined Humphrey.
I have recommended Dr Laura and her staff to many people, and we all feel the same.

I have been taking my dogs to Tustin Santa Ana Hospital for over 25 years.
Dr. Laura is the greatest! When I had emergency surgery, followed by a couple of weeks in a nursing home, Dr. Laura extended the boarding of my dog, Shane, and even gave me a discount for the extended length of time. Shane eventually died of cancer, and Dr. Laura was very sympathetic and caring during that emotional time.
All of the girls in the office are professional, and very friendly. Veronica and the other girls have even helped me apply flea medicine on my new German Shepherd, Sadie.
I can't express how wonderful everyone is. Dr. Laura really knows her stuff. I highly recommend everyone in the office.

Amazing Staff, super-friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Laura such a pro, established quick rapport with our dog then completed a full diagnosis to assess the problem. Our Pup is a happy camper because of this team!

My 90 year-old mother and I have been taking our pets to Dr. Laura for about 8 years. Not only is the care very professional, but we feel as though we are visiting friends. Their love for all pets is very obvious. If we are there to see about care for one of our pets, everyone always asks how the other is doing. We find the charges for service reasonable when compared to other veterinarians in Orange County, and Dr. Laura is one of the few vets to offer senior discounts. We highly recommend them.

Our dog is a rescue and she doesn't like strangers, but the staff at this vet have always been kind and patient with her. We started bringing our dog here after covid happened, so we've never been able to go in with her to help keep her calm, and every one here has seemed very understanding of the fact that sometimes dogs are scared of new people. Today the vet came out to talk to us and said she was good today and got a gold star, and when they brought her out she had an actual gold star on her! 10/10 would recommend this vet!!!

I have been going to Dr. Laura for many years with both Dogs and Cats and can not express how pleased I am. She is Always very caring and sincerely concerned about my pets health. I appreciate the fact that she discusses treatment options and takes the time to explain things in detail. 8 years ago I moved 20 miles south but I still take my pets to Tustin Santa Ana Veterinary Hospital (and always will!)

I worked at a veterinarian office previously, and as a result have formed some very strong opinions on veterinary practices. Needless to say, given my 5-star review, taking my pup to Dr Laura was best decision I have made in a long while. My dog is very shy, and very scared of her own shadow when we leave the house. Everyone in the office was super friendly and understanding, quiet, and sweet talked her to help ease her stress. Dr Laura was even better - she sat on the ground and waited for my dog to approach her! She gained my dog's trust easily (trust me, not easy to do!), and was able to help with my dog's problem with a very easy and affordable solution. It's great to know I have found a vet that exceeds my high standards!

Doctor Laura and the Tustin Santa Ana Veterinary Hospital are the BEST!!! The staff are always kind, caring, and love your animals as their own. I have a dog and a cat and both love going to see Dr. Laura. She is gentle and easily puts my animals at ease when they are stressed or in pain.

I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Laura for the past couple years. I was referred to her office by a friend. Her staff is always friendly, professional, and enthusiastic. They are really great and Dr Laura has always provided great care for my boys, Jimmy & Wally... from vaccinations, nail trims, to helping Wally with an ear hematoma this summer. I would recommend her to anyone for the care of your treasured pets.
