Crunch Fitness - Placentia

The management and overall staff make this my favorite gym to go to. I live closer to another location, but they make this place feel like home.
They take good care of equipment, things are clean, the trainers are friendly and helpful, and the staff as a whole make it very clear that they care about the member experience.

I really don't know where these bad reviews are coming from. This gym is awesome, they even added a bunch of new machines here.

The staff is really nice as well. I see other comments about people not being able to cancel and stuff. I left the gym for a couple months because I going out of town for a while. The person at the front desk took 5 minutes max, if that, to cancel my membership.

I’ve been coming here almost daily for the last 5 years, and I could say without a doubt the last 2 years have been phenomenal. Adam and his team are such great helps, and there’s Always a friendly face to greet you when you walk in. The place is always clean and the equipment is functional and ready to use. This is a second home to me!

This was my first time at this gym and now I will be there every week! They have amazing customer service. Clarissa was super friendly and extremely helpful with answering all my questions. The facility was super clean and I enjoyed my workout! Thank you for an amazing experience and I will be back soon!

I really like this gym. All the staff is great and the facility is always clean. The manager and assistant manager are always very cordial and explain everything in detail and assist when I’ve been there with my account. I definitely recommend.

The monthly rates are reasonable and the staff is friendly. It's also pretty clean in the gym and locker rooms. They recently upgraded all of their gym equipment. A much needed renovation.

Plus, they open on time. In the past, it was an issue

I love this gym. All the new equipment from last years upgrade is well worth the membership. And it’s always so nice and clean. The staff are also very kind and welcoming especially Adam and Maricruz.

The gym has top-notch equipment, friendly staff (esp Kamryn!), and a motivating atmosphere that keeps me coming back for more! Highly recommend it for anyone looking to get fit and feel great.

A few weeks ago, the guy who took care of janitorial duties had to move to a different city. Still, the place has remained immaculate.
I've never even seen pee on a toilet seat (and let's ne honest, that means the staff is likely on top of cleaning them regularly - we all know not every guy lifts the seat)

I have been attending athletic gyms my whole life. Crunch Placentia has a warm family friendly atmosphere with all the equipment needed to stay on track. Adam and his team keep the facility running on all cylinders. Jackie, Clarissa, Ernesto and Kahlia. Just some of the friendly helpful faces I see are always on point ready to answer any and all concerns of my visits, if any. Bathroom areas are always being attended too and the tanning beds are always hot and open for business. Thank you Crunch Pacentia! My new gym home away from home.

Calla was amazing. She was so helpful and is always a joy to see in the gym. She’s one of the best workers I’ve seen in any of the gyms I’ve worked out at!

The Wednesday Evolve Dance and Weights Cardio class with Josie is sooo excellent. Her dance moves are so fun and well choreographed, easy to follow. Great mix of dance styles. I loooove the weight cardio that also brings in pilates and yoga. Wish I could come every week!!

In my experience, the women’s bathroom and locker room area is super clean! It’s always spotless in there. :) Very friendly service in the evening from staff.

Additionally, the vibe is very comfortable and chill at this gym during evening and late hours, even on days it’s busy.

Please fix the stair masters and add more. Please consider extending weekday hours, at least until midnight.

Crunch Placentia is the spot!!! I’ve been a member of crunch for 3 years. Always clean and very nice staff!

Been going to crunch now for 3 years and this place has never disappointed me. Friendly staff and equipment is usually clean . There are peak hours so make sure you go at a time when it's not busy. It's usually super packed at night . A 30 min workout can 1hr just because u have to wait for certain equipment.

Always gotta give props for the crunch staff being amazing at what they do and that's breaking through my limits I've placed on myself, I hope it continues to be a safe haven for whenever I need to workout

Great gym environment with friendly people, from the staff, janitors and and the gym rats working hard everyday. Come in and enjoy! no one person judges anybody. We are all working out to better are lives. See you soon and God bless.
