Kohl's

We love shopping at Kohl’s. This store sells great clothing and beautiful products for the home. Everyone can find something for themselves here. The prices have been going up lately, but the store is among our favorites nonetheless.

This was my first visit to Kohl's, Tustin, CA, as I've recently moved to Santa Ana from Long Beach. The sales were great and the savings greatly appreciated. I especially appreciated the way the departments are organized within the store, making it easy to find what I wanted in particular. Also, the aisles are uncluttered, making it easy to push the cart to the desired area. The staff were helpful and checkout efficient and courteous. All in all, I enjoyed a couple of pleasant hours shopping and ended up with some terrific buys.

It's a nice place to go shopping. Very good specials online and in the store also.
Plus: Amazon Drop off for returns to your items.

Had a great experience at Kohls. The store looked great. They were putting out Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas items. Women’s clothing was well stocked.

This store has a great selection of men's quality clothes. Customer service was great and I was able to look up my account.

I was able to locate items I was looking for and my check out associate was kind, and very helpful!

6 months ago I was convinced this store was going to close.. the shelves were always empty. Stopped by yesterday to drop off some Amazon returns and was pleasantly surprised to find a store full of merchandise. Ended up actually being able to shop rather than just process the returns. Hope this trend continues.

Good selection at great prices. Sad that no more people are shopping at brick and mortar stores

I came here to drop off an Amazon package that I needed to get done that day and got there less than a minute before Kohl's closes.

The gentleman at the door, who seemed to be in charge, not only happily let me in but also insisted with another staff that it was ok and not too late. I was able to drop off the package I needed to do.

The Amazon receipt always has some kind of Kohl's discounts, so it's a win/win to go here for both!

El gancho, went 2 return something from Amazon & they give u a 20% coupon. Then there was an online $10 off if u spend $25... luv it!

Melissa waited on me and was so friendly and kind and helpful.
She was at #7 Register.

I went to #6 by mistake and the cashier was so rude, it was like I was being scolded for not realizing I went to the wrong register.
She said I did not tell you to come to me!
Think maybe she needed a break or retire.

I believe the retail world has really failed in training friendliness and service dealing with customers.
Almost everywhere you go shop, food and so on.

When I do get someone like Melissa its actually a surprise and so delightful.
And so appreciative.

Kohls is one of my favorite stores! Last minute basics we need I can always find at Kohls! You can get all types of clothes for the whole family from underwear to prom and homecoming dresses! I get housewares and shoes too! The sales and coupons are awesome and I love accruing kohls cash!

This is one of my favorite stores not only do they have good merchandise decent prices in friendly environment but they also with amazon so i can use that store to return some of my products or to purchase some of my products a great place
