Nood Plumber Santa Ana

Awesome people & awesome service! Called Nood Plumber last week to check out low water pressure issue in our master shower yesterday. Their tech came out on time, assessed the issue, provided a fair quote and fixed it efficiently. He also made sure to clean up the worksite after the work was done. I’m very happy to recommend Nood Plumber and would certainly call them again when I need a plumbing service.

They came out the plumber was an absolute professional and a real pleasure to deal with. Very quick drain and snake service and glad to have everything taken care of. Fast, informative professionals!!!

I don't know about the actual plumbing service. I didn't get that far, but the female representative who answered my call was very rude, impatient and unprofessional.
My deaf boyfriend called with a video relay service and was told they didn't provide services in Santa Ana even though they're located there and then abruptly hung up on him. I then called and she in fact said they did service Santa Ana. I've never called a plumbing service and she seemed like I was wasting her time simply by asking questions and clarification. When she asked if I was owner or tenant, I eventually explained that my brother and I were part owners (so that makes me an owner) but she said "I need the owner," and rudely hung up. This lady needs lessons in customer service!
